We did purchase 2 of your garage door openers. James the gentleman that came to our home was a True Gentleman Very personable and answered all the questions we had. After we decided on the type of openers he started to take old ones down and replace with the new ones. James is very polite and knowledgeable about the products. I chose Precision Garage Door of Waco initially, due to their quick response when I was searching for a repair service. Additionally, the search was done on a Sunday, which surprised me the request was answered. The timeliness of the technician was spot-on, and the install was done the same day (on Sunday), with no additional service charges. The technician was thorough in removing the old opener and very precise in the installation of the new opener. Available options were provided, based on my requests and the work was completed with my satisfaction. The opener was a high-end opener, working off of Wi-Fi, which posed a challenge in making the initial connection. I expressed my concern, to the owner, regarding the technical support, which was unavailable on Sunday, and the owner was understanding of my expressed concern. The technician worked on the app connection, which was able to be resolved by a firmware update and reinstallation of the app. This "trouble shooting" diagnosis took an extra 30 to 40 minutes, but the end result was a fully functional garage door opener, with all the bells and whistles requested. I am pleased with the finished product and the opener itself. I would recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and will continue to have them service my door.

I was very happy that I contacted Precicision when my garage door problem occurred on a Saturday morning. James Ward was a godsend yesterday. He diagnosed the issue and refitted the door very efficiently and professionally. For a very fair price, I not only got the repair; but I got a warranty!
