Paul was very professional and explained what was needed to correct the multiple problems we had with the roll up on the attached garage. While he was here we also had him go through the rollup on the detached shop, this also needed some work, but not near as much as the main roll up. After the walk through he worked up 3 different levels of repair and maintenance plans. Once we determined our level of repairs he went about his business. We picked Precision because of reviews online and the fact that we could schedule work on short notice. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them.

The technician clearly explained the issue and outlined the next steps to fix our garage door. Since we were already considering replacing the door in the future, we decided to purchase the new door from Precision as well. The technician was very knowledgeable about the products and took his time as my husband and I went back and forth on color choices. In the end, we felt confident that we made the right choice going with Precision Garage Doors.
