James Ward was very knowledgeable and helpful. He broke down each plan and service and was not pushy to purchase a plan. We ended up going with just getting a replacement but he did talk to me about financing and the importance of getting the warranty and we will be back to purchase the full package and warranty from you guys.

Technician was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable in fixing my garage door. He made numerous phone calls back to his office to ask questions. Then he had to get advice from another guy on the phone. I’m not very confident he could complete the job. However, quote was reasonable but decided to go with another company.

I had a very odd experience. I received a very odd text about the technician that was on his way to my house. It was a very uncomfortable situation all the way around. I made it very clear that I did not/could not get a new garage door. I needed mine to be repaired, if nothing else, shut. He stepped into my garage, didn’t look around and started trying to sell me a new door. I explained that I would not be doing that and he went on and on about the financing. I asked him if I could just pay him to shut it. He said that he wouldn’t charge me for shutting it and it would be no problem. After going to his car to “get quotes”, he told me it would be $500 to shut it and then went on to 3 other options for me to get a new door. Kept telling me that he wished he could help. Odd, creepy feeling with all of it. He hardly looked at my door and did not help in any way.

We concur with the technician's determination of the door being damaged. The $500 option that was provided to you was to get your garage door back to working order again and it includes the new parts that would be needed for the repair work to be done. A new garage door option was also provided at that same time. We are sorry to hear that this was not a productive experience for you and that we were unable to offer a solution that would meet to your satisfaction.

I was dissatisfied with a previous vendor and decided to try your company which I had seen advertised on TV. Dustin was courteous, professional, communicated well, was efficient and answered every question. Your service responded quickly to my issue and repairs were completed the next day for what seemed to be a very reasonable cost.

Great service. Technician arrived a few minutes early for an 8 AM appointment. Immediately seemed to understand the problem and explained what the cause was. Paul arrived on time as promised and on a Sunday as well!!!!! No extra charge for Sunday! He assessed the problem and gave me three separate estimates depending on how extensive I wanted to further update my garage doors after he repaired my broken spring. After I chose the level of updates he set to work and finished in less than an hour. He then explained what he did, had me sign the obligatory paper work, received his check and was off to his next call. I am totally impressed with the service I received from Precision today!
