I always get three quotes when it comes to repairs. I had a discontinued garage door opener with a shredded belt. No after market parts. Therefore, I put away my McGyver, DIY belt and had a pro look at it. The technician (Justin) was professional and personable. The other two quotes were within the price range. Justin performed a clean install and all around great job. I would highly recommend.

When my Genie Garage Door opener would not work even after changing the batteries and syncing it, I called Pecision and they said no problem they would sen a person out next day to check the opener and with a new opener. The technician came the next day and said the opener was bad and gave us a new opener. He put in batteries and synced it. Great service, just like when they installed my new garage door.

I chose Precision because they were open on the weekend when most local companies are closed. James was fantastic! Firstly, he arrived 2 hours early. Then he explained why my spring broke and gave me three different options to choose from for the repair. I chose to upgrade the springs, cable, and the rollers. My opener broke (motor broke a sproket off), I chatted with Precision Door and they sent out a technicianwirthin 1 1/2 hours. Mr Paul Lightell called me and gave me his ETA and i told him the problem. He gave me 3 actions he could do to fix the problem, all very resonably priced. He said it would take about 2 hours to replace the motor, rail, all the sensors and add another spring. Paul was done before the 2 hours and it was amazing all he did. Thanks Precision Door I will definately recommend you to anyone that needs a garage door fixed.
