I had some electrical issues and called for a same day appointment, was an easy fix. Also, Dustin tightened the tracking chain, oiled it and checked to make sure the garage door had no other deficiencies. Great service. Highly recommend.

We called Precision after a cable and springs on one of our garage doors broke. The technician, James, was at our home within an hour. He was very courteous and professional. He explained that he was going to evaluate the problem and present our options to us. He did this very clearly and presented our options including cost. We chose the door rebuild because it not only fixed the problem but also gave us a like-new door for a reasonable additional amount which was worth paying. James was able to complete the project at that time because he had all the parts in his van. He did an excellent job. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

James did an amazing job and was so professional and friendly. He called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on the road and his arrival time. Once at my house he walked me through his whole 25 point inspection of my garage door and explained all options to me. Even though I only need springs replaced he made sure that I understood about all of the other parts and recommended replacing based on age and condition. Called and Greg showed up a couple of hours later! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my particular garage door opener and my particular issue. He quickly identified the issue and promptly fixed. Mr. James Ward, was very professional from the get go. An enthusiastic person with detailed analysis of the garage door problem. On Wednesday, 8 may, one of the Torsion Springs on my garage door snapped. At about 5:30 PM I contacted Precision Garage Door of Waco to request a repair. I was offered an 8 – 10 AM slot on 9 May. At about 7:40 this morning I received a call from Paul who said he would be at my house at 8 o’clock. He arrived a few minutes early. Paul was very personable and professional. He inspected the door and the associated hardware. He provided three different estimates from me to choose from. I did select the middle price option. The repair was completed before 10 AM. I am totally satisfied with the completed work and recommend this company, and Paul, to anyone needing a garage door repair.

These guys were extremely responsive and have a great web interface for setting up an appointment. The guy who came was Dustin and he was outstanding. He fixed my problem quickly gave me options for different levels of repair and was quick and extremely competent in making the repair. Our garage door has never worked better and it’s nice to know I have a lifetime warranty on the motor. Highly recommend precision door company.

The service was good but I’m now having issues with the door that they repaired closing consistently. It’s pulling to one side and causing the door not the close without multiple attempts

Service tec inspected the situation and proceeded to install new garage door springs, center bearing and shaft. From the time I called till the time he was driving away. Tops 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
