My wife tapped the garage door with her vehicle last night knocked it of track!! We called Precision this morning and John came over within 30 minutes and took care of the issue!! He and his crew are very professional and friendly!! They installed are new door last year and would recommend them to everyone!!

The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his job. He pointed out several errors a different company made about five years ago. They installed only one of the springs and it was the wrong size. He was a fast worker but cautious to make sure it was all completed correctly. I was very satisfied with the results.

Our garage door would not raise. I called Precision and was greeted by an extremely kind and knowledgeable employee. After explaining my problem she said a repair man would be at our house the next day- not a week later! John drove from Waco and was at our House in Belton before 8:00. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It took him less than 10 minutes to correct the problem. I know and our friends know who to call for garage door opener repairs. John also took the time to inspect all of our openers.

Tech James Ward came out to replace a garage door bottom seal for us and did a Door Rebuild replacing all the springs, bearings, cables and rollers. James was very efficient and knowledgeable. If you need any work done on your door call James and he'll take good care of you.

James Ward was very knowledgeable and helpful. He broke down each plan and service and was not pushy to purchase a plan. Technician was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable in fixing my garage door. He made numerous phone calls back to his office to ask questions. Then he had to get advice from another guy on the phone. I’m not very confident he could complete the job. However, quote was reasonable but decided to go with another company.
