My garage door opener required repair / replacement. Of course this occurred in the evening. However, I made the earliest appointment for the following morning. Shawn Buck from Precision contacted me and said he’ll be on his way. Once he arrived he thoroughly went over everything that broke and needed replacement to get my door back up and running. Shawn gave me two options and discussed the difference. I approved the work. Shawn was very professional and installed the new garage door opener. He went over all the details and features of the new system. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and Shawn Buck. Thanks for the quick and professional service.

I did not appreciate the bait and switch that happened when the technician arrived. It went from a rough quote of $ 150.00 to $ 190.00 over the phone to over $ 380.00 when the technician arrived. It really pissed me off and I asked the technician to leave. I will never call you guys again and you bet I will tell all I know about my experience!! Being in the sales and service business myself, I really think you guys need to change your business practices!

Our door was very erratic about opening and closing. I chose Precision because of their TV commercial. Every time I saw Technician James smile it made me smile too. A fantastic representative! I was so happy when James himself came to fix our door. It was a pleasure to meet him. We appreciate how quickly he worked and how well he explained our new equipment. I was able to schedule the repair appointment so fast! Next day!

Great experience dealing with Precision garage doors installed new. The tech that arrived, DUSTIN, was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn’t waste time and got the new openers installed quickly and correctly as well as programming the new devices to my autos. We are very pleased with Precision all around! Scheduling was fast and easy! I called at 4pm and they could be out the very next morning. Dustin was our technician and we were so impressed with him! He was extremely courteous and paid attention to the little details! He made it our home before I did and when I got there, he didn’t rush me as I got my 2 little kids out of the car and settled in the house before coming to the door! That little detail meant a lot to me and was very helpful to get the kids settled before getting to work. He gave me multiple different options of repair from the basic work that needed to be done to some extra work that would help it run best. I appreciated all the options and transparency. Dustin worked quickly, but did an amazing job! We were really relieved that we could have our garage door up and running by the time he left! This is not the first company we have worked with for our garage door needs, but it has by far been the best! Thank you Dustin and the precision team for your professionalism and expertise! I have had previous service for some minor repairs to my garage door, but needed a full replacement. I trust the technicians and they have always explained everything that was needed and what was completed. There was one flaw that was basically cosmetic, but the technician indicated he would order a new panel as it was a factory defect that could be remedied. I will recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door services.

Reviews looked good and it seemed like you would be able to come out and assess our situation quickly as garage door was stuck half way down. Dustin Doyle came out and helped us decide what we needed to do to replace our garage door set up which is probably 40 years old. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. He took the time at the end of his day to sit down with us and help us decide what type of door, motor, etc. He got the old garage door, broken in many places, to the closed position so that safety and security could be maintained while we wait for the new installation. You are fortunate to have him on your team! We are looking forward to our new garage door in a couple of weeks we hope.

The service was prompt and well done. However, I was not aware of the cost of installing a new spring, baring and cable until the repair technician arrived to my home. The cost was $660 including a 10% discount.
