I’ve seen the adverts on TV so decided to call when we were having garage door problems. John G came out promptly and discussed our options in an understandable way. We made our choice, and within the week John changed out our opener. He explained the operation to us after cleaning up the site. We really appreciated his work ethic and personality, as well as his knowledge of the materials. We are very pleased, both with our choice and with the service.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service, because they were the only Service Provider open on Sunday. I called and spoke with Tyler. I relayed the information needed to diagnose our issue of broken springs. He was able to dispatch a technician named James, sometime between 2-4pm on Sunday!! James arrived early about 1:30pm. He got the garage door back on track and the two bottom wheels realigned. James removed the broken springs and replaced them with Lifetime Warranty springs. James was efficient, cordial, and friendly. When you call ask for James if you can wait, he’ll take care of your home as if it was his own!! Thank You, BrightNest Painting

I was very pleased with the work done by Paul on 10/04/25. I called on a Saturday morning because my garage door quit working and the repair tech came out the same day, a few hours later. He explained what was broken and what he had to do to repair. He also showed me what the cost would be before he started the job. The work was done quickly and efficently. I will not hesitate to call again if I need anything. I was very impressed with the Company and Paul. Everyone was very polite and helpful!

January 2024, I called and had John come out and restore my garage door. He did and outstanding job, but the rubber door seal was damaged. Our pest control guy noticed it was torn and I called your office. James came out the next day and documented the damage and will be out Wednesday to replace it. Great warranty and service. Our garage door lock would not operate properly. We recently purchased this home and are now remodeling and using the garage for storage. Dustin Doyle., Precision's technician, worked out the problems on the old mechanism enabling us to lock the door and suggested a new device to be ordered. We authorized the order and anticipate arranging an appointment in the near future to have him install the system. We are very pleased with the high quality service and courtesy shown by Dustin.

Saw your ad on TV about door making noise and I had the same problem. I called and service was provided quickly. Paul did a great job of repairing the door and I am very pleased with his work.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this company and Paul is! This was the second time I have used them (not for the same issue) and I can promise I will always use them in the future. They stay in contact with you to let you know when they will arrive, they will let you know exactly what to expect, and you will never have any surprise or unexpected charges. Paul is amazing and I have been fortunate to have him do both of my repairs. I trust his recommendations and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Called and Greg showed up a couple of hours later! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my particular garage door opener and my particular issue. He quickly identified the issue and promptly fixed. I asked about the remote keypad issue I was having (not why I called) and he had a new one on his truck and quickly installed it instructed me on how to set it up. Excellent service, very professional. Would definitely use again!
