Quality replaced all components except rail, opener and door. While the quality is good, the price for the rollers is extremely high. $24.33 per roller is almost 10 times what they can be purchased for on Amazon for the same quality.

Several five star comments: 24-hour availability by either phone or on-line appointment scheduling (which I did after hours), repairman called saying he could come earlier as an appointment had rescheduled (courtesy), replaced broken springs and bearings in a very professional manner, and did everything in about an hour. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. Overall great experience and a lifetime warranty - can’t beat that.

Saw Precision Doors commercial about how the garage door should operate smoothly and gave them a call because one of their competitors told me all the clunking mine was doing was normal. Precison Doors technician showed up on time and diagnosed the isse quickly, made some adjustments and now it operates like itt did when I bought it 12 years ago. Will be using these folks from now on!

My garage door opener required repair / replacement. Of course this occurred in the evening. However, I made the earliest appointment for the following morning. Shawn Buck from Precision contacted me and said he’ll be on his way. Once he arrived he thoroughly went over everything that broke and needed replacement to get my door back up and running. Shawn gave me two options and discussed the difference. I approved the work. Shawn was very professional and installed the new garage door opener. Reviews looked good and it seemed like you would be able to come out and assess our situation quickly as garage door was stuck half way down. Dustin Doyle came out and helped us decide what we needed to do to replace our garage door set up which is probably 40 years old. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. He took the time at the end of his day to sit down with us and help us decide what type of door, motor, etc. He got the old garage door, broken in many places, to the closed position so that safety and security could be maintained while we wait for the new installation. You are fortunate to have him on your team! We are looking forward to our new garage door in a couple of weeks we hope.
