As usual, James was great! He showed up sooner than expected and was able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively (The garage light started flickering then eventually just went out which caused the door to no longer work. He figured out it was the power source and got that moved and corrected). I will always go to Precision for my garage door issues. Appreciate it!

Technician Dustin did a great job explaining what we needed and did efficient quality work. Be aware that the phone number calls a regional calling center rather than the local office, and because of this we were underquoted fairly significantly. Besides the sticker shock upon their arrival, we would use Precision again.

John and his trainee did a great job, he was very personable and professional. He put in a new garage opener and said he would be back to finish the job. I am hoping when he returns he will finish putting in a key pad - very nice to work with. The garage door opener is working great so far.

I’ve had and old residential garage door replaced over a year ago and soon after the door opener and chain became inoperable. I left it alone for a year as I mainly used the front door, but felt it was time to address the garage. I called precision garage door and was greeted on the phone by friendly staff that answered all my questions and verified my information. Scheduling was quick and easy. I met with John at my home the next day to go over what my options were and agreed to move forward with a new door opener! He was cordial, professional and supportive. The job was completed quickly and my door operates smoothly again! Thanks John and everyone at Precision Garage Door.

Tuesday night the spring on our garage door snapped leaving our vehicles stuck in the garage. I was able to lift open the door so my wife could pull out or vehicles for the next day. I looked online for a highly rated garage door company and found Precision Door. I gave them a call at 8 am on Wednesday and they set up an appointment in the afternoon. John arrived and explained what the issues were with our door and recommended replacing the single spring with a dual spring and also replacing the cables. He explained the price and was even able to give me a discount. John also explained if there were any other issues with the door to give him a call. John worked quickly and was able to get our door up and running before my wife and I had finished dinner. I am extremely happy with the results as well as the price and would highly recommend going through this company and using John. Thanks again for getting us all fixed up!

I had a 5 month old opener that the motor failed. There were evidently problems getting the repair part and after 30 days I was not pleased. However, the day after the part was scheduled to be in, John came out and told me that the wrong part was sent but they would do what it took to make it right and he did. I appreciate everything that John and Precision did to fix the problem and they went above my expectations. They have a dedicated customer now. Thanks John and everyone at Precision.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service, because they were the only Service Provider open on Sunday. I called and spoke with Tyler. I relayed the information needed to diagnose our issue of broken springs. He was able to dispatch a technician named James, sometime between 2-4pm on Sunday!! James arrived early about 1:30pm. He got the garage door back on track and the two bottom wheels realigned. James removed the broken springs and replaced them with Lifetime Warranty springs. James was efficient, cordial, and friendly. When you call ask for James if you can wait, he’ll take care of your home as if it was his own!! Thank You, BrightNest Painting

Tech was great and very fast. However, when called for an appointment and quote due to a broken singular spring I told the woman on the phone i only had one spring and was told told springs vary from $120-198 per spring. She did not inform me they would not warranty less than two springs on the install. I was informed of that when the tech showed up and the two spring job cost me double. $506. The woman on the phone should have let me know that policy instead of putting the tech in a bad position explaining why the job was gonna be twice as much. I would have given the tech 5 stars.

I was very pleased with the work done by Paul on 10/04/25. I called on a Saturday morning because my garage door quit working and the repair tech came out the same day, a few hours later. He explained what was broken and what he had to do to repair. He also showed me what the cost would be before he started the job. The work was done quickly and efficently. I will not hesitate to call again if I need anything. I was very impressed with the Company and Paul. Everyone was very polite and helpful!
