My garage door opener required repair / replacement. Of course this occurred in the evening. However, I made the earliest appointment for the following morning. Shawn Buck from Precision contacted me and said he’ll be on his way. Once he arrived he thoroughly went over everything that broke and needed replacement to get my door back up and running. Shawn gave me two options and discussed the difference. I approved the work. Shawn was very professional and installed the new garage door opener. He went over all the details and features of the new system. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and Shawn Buck. Thanks for the quick and professional service.

Reviews looked good and it seemed like you would be able to come out and assess our situation quickly as garage door was stuck half way down. Dustin Doyle came out and helped us decide what we needed to do to replace our garage door set up which is probably 40 years old. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. He took the time at the end of his day to sit down with us and help us decide what type of door, motor, etc. He got the old garage door, broken in many places, to the closed position so that safety and security could be maintained while we wait for the new installation. You are fortunate to have him on your team! We are looking forward to our new garage door in a couple of weeks we hope.

The spring broke on my garage door and the earliest anyone would come out was next week. My husband said call Precision Garage Door. So I looked it up and found out that they would come when you need them and I booked an appointment online for a Saturday and Their service guy Dustin showed up and did an awesome job. He looked at everything and told me what needed to be done and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before he proceeded with the work. Afterwards he showed me everything that was done and showed me the best way to take care of the mechanisms so that they last longer. Thank you Dustin for the excellent service.
