Our garage door spring broke late in the day. I called precision door because I saw the reviews. They were able to come out the next morning for the repair. I was going to have to go to work so my wife was home when James showed up for the repair. He conducted a thorough review of our door and came up with 4 options for the repair. He was able to go through all the options with my wife explaining and showing the parts on the door that were in need of replacing. He was very patient as my wife asked a lot of questions. We chose option 3 and we couldn’t be happier. It was a little more money than we planned, but we now are better than new. We also received a lifetime warranty so we have the peace of mind that we will be taken care of in the future. Highly recommend these guys.

James was great. Identified the problem and fixed it very quickly. The key to great customer service is to anticipate customer needs. After fixing our issue, he must have greased our garage door or something, because now it is very quiet. We must have been used to the loud noise, but he fixed it without us asking.

I don't leave reviews very often, but in this case it is very much deserved. I had a very noisy garage door and it was time to replace my garage door opener. James Ward was my technician and I explained my issues and what I wanted done and explained everything in detail. Once everything was done I was skeptical how much of a difference the service would make. The system/door is 100% quieter. He even went over how to properly lubricate the moving parts to maintain the system. Would 100% recommend them for any garage door needs. They need to change the commercial that James is in to the 6 star review man, guy definitely takes pride in his work and it shows, give this guy a raise!

Our garage door repair was a great experience. I had a spring break and they came out same day and replaced the spring, bearings and cables. John did a great job fixing my garage door. I want to replace my existing door with a insulated door in the future and will use Precision to replace the door. I booked this appointment online and it worked great. Company was available in a reasonable time. A cable broke leaving my garage door stuck at an angle. James was very professional. He identified several problems with our 30 year old garage door system. I was feeling like this was an over sell however agreed to proceeding with his recommendation. As he pulled off the old pieces and springs and added the new parts it was apparent to me that he knew what he was talking about. The repair was expensive but feel confident that it will last. It also is so much quieter now.

Quick shout out to Precision Garage and technician Dustin (Also James on a previous job for a family member). After returning home late on a Friday evening and finding that my garage would not open more than a few inches, I called Precision Garage the following morning only because it was the first option that showed up on the Google search. Let me tell you, I am glad it was the first option and it deserves that spot. After a brief phone call with a very nice call taker, she told me they would have a technician out between 1030am and 1230pm. Dustin called me 15 minutes later letting me know he was on the way and he made it here prior to the scheduled time. Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable and after a brief troubleshooting and inspection of my entire door assembly, he advised what the problem was, what other issues he found and then gave me 3 different options to get the original option fixed or also fix the other issues. I never felt pressured and he was willing and able to explain each repair. After choosing the option to pretty much replace everything but the door, Dustin knocked it out in no time. I want to also mention James on here because during this process, my mother in law mentioned how she had also used Precision Garage in the past and James came out and he was also very helpful in getting her garage working again. I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage every time I here anyone asking about garage repair. Thanks again Dustin.
