John was very helpful in discussing the options for my two garage doors. He lubricated each door and gave me an estimate for installing doors that would be much quieter and last a long time. My garage door has been acting up for quite some time now. I tried calling the company that installed the garage opener but they kept giving me one excuse after the other for why they couldn't come out. Commercials actually led us to you. So far we are only in the beginning stage of service meaning we called, you returned call, serviceman James Ward stayed in contact until his arrival which was quick. He evaluated our needs, gave us a quote and upon our approval he ordered the parts, took our deposit and assured us the work will be done when the parts arrive which should be within 3 weeks. With all that said the commercials are spot on to this point. I feel confident the final product will also score high on the review.
