Garage Door Repair Reviews in Woodway, TX (Updated July 2026)

Bill Kirkland is the service technician who came to service our garage door. We were unable to get the garage door open or closed and this happened on Sunday afternoon. It was amazing to have someone (a LIVE PERSON) at your business answer the phone on a Sunday and work with us to get a technician to come by on a Sunday. WOW! We were panicked about leaving the garage door open all night, so Precision was able to help! I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this! Bill, the service tech, was so friendly and explained to us why the garage door was unable to be opened, showing us the light beams on the end of gargae doors. So there was nothing really wrong with the wonderful Precision Garage Door or opener, it was just a technical issue that we were not aware of. Thank you, thank you, Precision for your wonderful customer service and also to Bill Kirkland who was so knowledgeable and helpul to us!

Saw Precision Doors commercial about how the garage door should operate smoothly and gave them a call because one of their competitors told me all the clunking mine was doing was normal. We had issues with our garage door because of the left spring missing . The door failed to raise up completely. Fortunately we met John Gallerano and his wife at the Extraco Home and Garden Show. I took his card and when this issue happened I called his office. He was out the next day and he would explain all my options. I explained to him that I wanted the door fixed properly. He also noted that the motor was too small. He explained in detail what my options were. I had him replace the motor ,rollers, springs and the pads. John Gallerano exceeded all my expectations in explaining and workmanship. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and John Gallerano to all my friends and neighbors.
