We had issues with our garage door because of the left spring missing . The door failed to raise up completely. Fortunately we met John Gallerano and his wife at the Extraco Home and Garden Show. I took his card and when this issue happened I called his office. He was out the next day and he would explain all my options. I explained to him that I wanted the door fixed properly. He also noted that the motor was too small. He explained in detail what my options were. I had him replace the motor ,rollers, springs and the pads. John Gallerano exceeded all my expectations in explaining and workmanship. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and John Gallerano to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks for your service!

James was prompt, professional and took care of what we needed. While we just got a repair, James gave us a few options should we want to do more.
