I rarely do reviews, but this time I will make an exception as the service was above and beyond. I called to schedule a service to help program on-board vehicle remotes the the garage doors, and the office told me they could have someone here within 4 hours (what?) The tech called me about 30 minutes later, said he had a cancellation, and asked if he could take care of the service in about 20 minutes. (yes) Tech worked with me to get the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Ram programmed (had a few issues, turns out one of the remotes we had wouldn't program the vehicle so we used the second remote) and also programmed the entry gate. I asked your tech to troubleshoot the noisy garage door, turns out the rollers were all completely worn out, (he took the time to show me) he quoted pricing for replacing the rollers while he was here (had them on the truck) and he replaced them in about 5 minutes. He also adjusted the door spring and lubricated everything. My only issues is that I did not get a card from the tech so that I could name him in this review, but please look up this service and let him know I was impressed, (and that is not an easy thing to accomplish) Thank you for a great service call!

My garage door spring broke at 5pm so I found Presicion and booked an appointment for the next day. Justin was a wonderful tech who came out and provided excellent service and within 2.5 hours of arriving my garage was better than when I purchased my home. The spring was the only thing that was broken, but the rest of the components of the garage door, other than the physical door itself or all old and in disrepair, so we ended up replacing all of it. Extremely happy with my service and would highly recommend.

Precision Garage Door was able to send a technician out the same day. The garage door was inspected, and I was given multiple repair alternatives to choose from. Our door was very erratic about opening and closing. I chose Precision because of their TV commercial. Every time I saw Technician James smile it made me smile too. A fantastic representative! We are very pleased with Precision all around! Scheduling was fast and easy! I called at 4pm and they could be out the very next morning. Dustin was our technician and we were so impressed with him! He was extremely courteous and paid attention to the little details! He made it our home before I did and when I got there, he didn’t rush me as I got my 2 little kids out of the car and settled in the house before coming to the door! That little detail meant a lot to me and was very helpful to get the kids settled before getting to work. He gave me multiple different options of repair from the basic work that needed to be done to some extra work that would help it run best. I appreciated all the options and transparency. Dustin worked quickly, but did an amazing job! We were really relieved that we could have our garage door up and running by the time he left! I have had previous service for some minor repairs to my garage door, but needed a full replacement. I trust the technicians and they have always explained everything that was needed and what was completed. There was one flaw that was basically cosmetic, but the technician indicated he would order a new panel as it was a factory defect that could be remedied. I was floored that they came out same day I called for estimate. James was super nice & easy to talk to & understand. The company even sent me a Bio on him before he showed up. Which I've never seen this done before...so we felt like we knew him already. We lucked out when they had a door in-stock. And they could install it the following week. It made my husband happy because his Harley Trike was in the garage and was unable to ride it since the door was stuck shut after the cable broke. Very reasonable prices. So happy we found them.

Our day started with coming home in Belton from the grocery store and our garage coming off the rail in multiple spots on the left and right side along with the cable getting all knotted in the wheel. We reached out to Precision at 9:00am in a panic after searching garage door repair near me and the call center said someone could be out between 10:00am and 12:00pm. At 10:27am we got a courtesy call from John Gallerano that he was on his way from Waco and would arrive by 11:30am which he did! Between the time we called Precision and John arriving my spouse and I had spent the time in between working on the garage and were able to get it back in the rails and the cable unknotted and attached back to the garage door. When John looked at it he made recommendations oh how to repair it to where it was better constructed and also what it’d cost to replace it with quality as opposed to builder grade. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable and patient with us and all our questions. He even after handing us both quotes offered to tune things up on the existing garage door and its components temporarily for free just so it’d work properly while we contemplated on the what path to proceed with. Ultimately the decision was made to meet with him in a week at the Precision office in Waco as the quotes provided were quite expensive for our budget and would be a very large investment for our family. Once he left at 2:00pm we knew based of our first experience with John that if we chose to proceed with Precision we were confident it would be done right and by a company who cares.

I really wish I'd had them install the garage door opener from the jump. They'd have done a far better job and I never would have gone through all the issues I've experienced since it was initially installed. The gentleman they sent out was very easy to deal with, never pushed me to do more than the sensor repairs that I needed, but did make recommendations for future considerations. I will definitely use them for all my garage door repairs in the future.

Our garage door would not raise. I called Precision and was greeted by an extremely kind and knowledgeable employee. After explaining my problem she said a repair man would be at our house the next day- not a week later! John drove from Waco and was at our House in Belton before 8:00. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It took him less than 10 minutes to correct the problem. I know and our friends know who to call for garage door opener repairs. John also took the time to inspect all of our openers.
