He assessed my garage reported issues, followed up by explaining what steps he would take to resolve those issues. He then made several additional recommendation that I may require should this issue start occurring again. I called Precision Garage Door at 10:53am, they had a technician at my home in Belton by 12:30pm. They had my broken spring repaired in less than two hours. Called a few places trying to get someone out same day and was so happy when James Ward showed up! I received a short bio & phone call prior to his arrival, which was so nice. He was super friendly & knowledgable & although we had to replace the opener, the new one has all the latest perks & technology & is super quiet!! James worked quickly and did a great job installing the new opener. After, he made sure we knew how it worked & showed us all the new features, including setting up our new camera & keypad. He even sat in our cars with us to reprogram our car opener buttons! He went above and beyond what was expected & we really appreciated that! If I need any further garage repair or service, Precision is definitely who I’ll call & I’ll be asking for James!

I feel a bit bamboozled being quoted for $80-180 (ish) for parts and labor, asked “for parts and labor?”, and was told yes. Then I was then charged almost $400. That’s not cool. This is for a residential broken spring repair.
