I rarely do reviews, but this time I will make an exception as the service was above and beyond. I called to schedule a service to help program on-board vehicle remotes the the garage doors, and the office told me they could have someone here within 4 hours (what?) The tech called me about 30 minutes later, said he had a cancellation, and asked if he could take care of the service in about 20 minutes. (yes) Tech worked with me to get the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Ram programmed (had a few issues, turns out one of the remotes we had wouldn't program the vehicle so we used the second remote) and also programmed the entry gate. I asked your tech to troubleshoot the noisy garage door, turns out the rollers were all completely worn out, (he took the time to show me) he quoted pricing for replacing the rollers while he was here (had them on the truck) and he replaced them in about 5 minutes. He also adjusted the door spring and lubricated everything. My only issues is that I did not get a card from the tech so that I could name him in this review, but please look up this service and let him know I was impressed, (and that is not an easy thing to accomplish) Thank you for a great service call!

Great experience. Spring broke at 5:00 pm, called, had appointment next morning. Justin came out, explained everything and replaced 2 springs in 30 minutes. A lot cheaper than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend precision for all services.

My garage door spring broke at 5pm so I found Presicion and booked an appointment for the next day. Justin was a wonderful tech who came out and provided excellent service and within 2.5 hours of arriving my garage was better than when I purchased my home. The spring was the only thing that was broken, but the rest of the components of the garage door, other than the physical door itself or all old and in disrepair, so we ended up replacing all of it. Extremely happy with my service and would highly recommend.

I did not appreciate the bait and switch that happened when the technician arrived. It went from a rough quote of $ 150.00 to $ 190.00 over the phone to over $ 380.00 when the technician arrived. It really pissed me off and I asked the technician to leave. I will never call you guys again and you bet I will tell all I know about my experience!! Being in the sales and service business myself, I really think you guys need to change your business practices!

We are very pleased with Precision all around! Scheduling was fast and easy! I called at 4pm and they could be out the very next morning. Dustin was our technician and we were so impressed with him! He was extremely courteous and paid attention to the little details! He made it our home before I did and when I got there, he didn’t rush me as I got my 2 little kids out of the car and settled in the house before coming to the door! That little detail meant a lot to me and was very helpful to get the kids settled before getting to work. He gave me multiple different options of repair from the basic work that needed to be done to some extra work that would help it run best. I appreciated all the options and transparency. Dustin worked quickly, but did an amazing job! We were really relieved that we could have our garage door up and running by the time he left! This is not the first company we have worked with for our garage door needs, but it has by far been the best! Thank you Dustin and the precision team for your professionalism and expertise! I have had previous service for some minor repairs to my garage door, but needed a full replacement. I trust the technicians and they have always explained everything that was needed and what was completed. There was one flaw that was basically cosmetic, but the technician indicated he would order a new panel as it was a factory defect that could be remedied. Our garage door spring broke late in the day. I called precision door because I saw the reviews. They were able to come out the next morning for the repair. I was going to have to go to work so my wife was home when James showed up for the repair. He conducted a thorough review of our door and came up with 4 options for the repair. He was able to go through all the options with my wife explaining and showing the parts on the door that were in need of replacing. He was very patient as my wife asked a lot of questions. We chose option 3 and we couldn’t be happier. It was a little more money than we planned, but we now are better than new. We also received a lifetime warranty so we have the peace of mind that we will be taken care of in the future. Highly recommend these guys.
