John was very helpful in discussing the options for my two garage doors. He lubricated each door and gave me an estimate for installing doors that would be much quieter and last a long time. Very friendly service. I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and neighbors for professional handling of their garage doors needs. My garage door has been acting up for quite some time now. I tried calling the company that installed the garage opener but they kept giving me one excuse after the other for why they couldn't come out. I finally went to the internet and looked for companies that installed and repaired garage door openers and saw Precision. After placing the phone call, I selected this company to call and make an appointment. Just when I thought there was little or no customer service left anymore in the business world, Precision changed my mind. They are one of the few companies I've dealt with that know what customer service actually means! They came on the same day I called (yesterday), inspected my equipment and gave me three options and they will be out here today with the needed equipment to fix the problem. With business ethics like this and with the ability to make the customer feel like they really care, it makes it very easy for me to recommend this company to others.
