John was very helpful in discussing the options for my two garage doors. He lubricated each door and gave me an estimate for installing doors that would be much quieter and last a long time. Very friendly service. I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and neighbors for professional handling of their garage doors needs. We are still deciding about what the next step will be: replace the rollers, or the motor, or new doors. Thanks so much for the lubrication and discussion of possible options going forward.

My garage door has been acting up for quite some time now. I tried calling the company that installed the garage opener but they kept giving me one excuse after the other for why they couldn't come out. They came on the same day I called (yesterday), inspected my equipment and gave me three options and they will be out here today with the needed equipment to fix the problem.
