Dustin did a great job with our garage door repair. He showed up right on time, was very polite, and kept us informed about what he was doing and what he found. He gave us an honest, overall assessment and had the repair done quickly. He also had a really great attitude and genuinely seemed happy to help, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Scheduling with the company was simple and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for any future garage door needs.

Dustin was awesome! I really appreciated his professionalism and my wife told me how good of a job he broke down the estimate where she could easy pick which service we wanted done. We will definitely recommend ya’ll to anyone in need for garage door services. Also we love how quiet our garage door is now. Thank you Dustin!

We had an exceptional experience with Precision Garage Door, and John Gallerano was a huge reason why. From the very first phone call, we felt confident. The receptionist was professional, organized, and truly on point. That first impression mattered and set the tone that we were dealing with a company that takes customer service seriously. John came out for the initial visit to inspect our system and walk us through what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly without rushing us. He even gave us tips about our garage system and security that we hadn’t thought about. There was zero pressure, just honest and straightforward information. In our case, we ended up replacing essentially everything except the actual garage door itself. The opener system, components, and hardware were all updated. John made sure we understood exactly what was being replaced and why, and we felt confident in every decision. What really stood out was the consistency. John handled the first inspection visit and then returned himself for the repair and installation. There was no handoff, no confusion, and no having to re-explain our situation. He already knew our system and our concerns. That continuity built a lot of trust. He was personable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. We also want to personally thank John for his military service. As a military family, that means a great deal to us, and we deeply respect the discipline and integrity that comes with that background. The lifetime warranty included with the work gives us tremendous peace of mind. After living in this area for nearly a decade and working with numerous companies, we can confidently say Precision Garage Door stands out. This is a company we would absolutely recommend and stand behind.

Amazing customer service, came out same day and fixed everything. Absolutely reasonable price as well. Trust me I had a few other estimates. They showed me everything that was wrong and only replaced what was needed to get my garage door working again.

James was great. Identified the problem and fixed it very quickly. The key to great customer service is to anticipate customer needs. After fixing our issue, he must have greased our garage door or something, because now it is very quiet. We must have been used to the loud noise, but he fixed it without us asking.

My garage door opener suddenly needed an urgent repair. The very skilled tech arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, assessed the rest of the door system, found another hidden problem and fixed it, and verified there were no other concerns. The tech was efficient, careful, personable, listened well, and communicated well. I recommend Precision Door Service of Waco.

I don't leave reviews very often, but in this case it is very much deserved. I had a very noisy garage door and it was time to replace my garage door opener. James Ward was my technician and I explained my issues and what I wanted done and explained everything in detail. Once everything was done I was skeptical how much of a difference the service would make. The system/door is 100% quieter. He even went over how to properly lubricate the moving parts to maintain the system. Would 100% recommend them for any garage door needs. They need to change the commercial that James is in to the 6 star review man, guy definitely takes pride in his work and it shows, give this guy a raise!

Our garage door repair was a great experience. We chose Precision mainly because they were the only company we called who was willing to come out on a Sunday (we discovered that our garage door wouldn’t operate late on a Saturday evening). We thought the price for the repair was reasonable and the technician who came out (John) exceeded all our expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional and made us feel as if he actually cared about our concerns.

He was sure to go over every aspect of not only the repair but all the pros and cons of different choices and current items on the market. Our door was fixed very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this service to anyone thinking of upgrading or just looking for repairs.

I had a spring break and they came out same day and replaced the spring, bearings and cables. John did a great job fixing my garage door. I want to replace my existing door with a insulated door in the future and will use Precision to replace the door. I booked this appointment online and it worked great. I think this is a great company to do business with.

Company was available in a reasonable time. A cable broke leaving my garage door stuck at an angle. James was very professional. He identified several problems with our 30 year old garage door system. I was feeling like this was an over sell however agreed to proceeding with his recommendation. As he pulled off the old pieces and springs and added the new parts it was apparent to me that he knew what he was talking about. The repair was expensive but feel confident that it will last. It also is so much quieter now.
