Shawn Buck from Precision contacted me and said he’ll be on his way. Once he arrived he thoroughly went over everything that broke and needed replacement to get my door back up and running. Shawn gave me two options and discussed the difference. I approved the work. Shawn was very professional and installed the new garage door opener. My garage door went out on me Saturday afternoon. I found the Precision website and it was so easy to schedule an appt for Monday Jan. 5. James called asking if he could come early which worked for me. I appreciated receiving his bio in a text before he arrived. He spotted the issues as soon as he walked into the garage and explained what he saw. He took 15 minutes to come up with his recommendation and had the job done an hour later. James was pleasant, professional and did what he said he'd do. My garage door is working and much quieter. Thank you, James!

Got on at 11:00 at night to make an appointment, received a text shortly after asking what time would work good for me. I scheduled anywhere between 10-12 the next morning, At 9:30 that morning James called and said he was heading my way, showed up early and was very informative on what all he had to do, and what parts it was going to take to get my garage door back functioning! I had read previous customer reviews of Precision and that is what sold me on Precision. Paul Lightell was my technician. Could have not have asked for better service person. He was punctual, kept me informed and solve my problem. Although it cost more than I anticipated it was money well spent. I have old heavy garage door (probable 25 to 30 years old) and he got it working with few bumps and bangs. I appreciate his help. I recommended him to my son in law and daughter and I believe they will use his services. Thanks again for helping me get my garage door tuned up.

We couldn't be happier with our new garage doors. The old house had the old style doors and it was definitely due an upgrade. Dustin was extremely helpful, friendly and reliable. Installation went off without a hitch. I would suggest that if you have an older house, have someone make sure the openings are square. My husband did this the week before the doors came in and that helped things go smoother. Apparently that was an issue with the openings at this house, since things had shifted over the last 50 + years. All that said, I would never use anyone else for garage doors. They have a high rating for a reason people, trust us. ;-)
