Terrible experience. I called yesterday to schedule a quote. The women on the phone completely lied about the pricing and the turnaround time to get it fixed. When they came out today to give the quote, he said they wouldn’t be able to get it fixed for 3-4 weeks and the price was nearly double what the women had said previously. I was not impressed by the inconsistency of this company.

Once I chose my option, he began to professionally fix my problem. He was quiet and professional the entire time. Once he was completed with the work, he briefed us on the working of everything. Dustin is very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I had gotten used to the loud noise of my old garage opener, opening and closing.
