My garage spring was broken that's why I called Precision Garage Door. James did a pretty good job explaining to me what he's going to do and other options to offer. I ended up replacing the other spring for the other door. He came back twice for minor adjustments but overall I am satisfied with the job performed.

I had been listening to your advertisement on radio and tv. I called Precision and Dustin Doyle arrived. He did a complete and thorough inspection of my garage door opener and made recommendations. Once I chose my option, he began to professionally fix my problem. He was quiet and professional the entire time. Once he was completed with the work, he briefed us on the working of everything. Dustin is very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I had gotten used to the loud noise of my old garage opener, opening and closing. This new one is so quiet and smooth working, I am impressed that I stood in my garage and opened and closed it a couple of times and smoothness and quietness was amazingly. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking for your type of service.

precision came out and gave us a price to fix the door and it was done , No fuss no muss. Very happy with the work. Will get you guys back to put in new springs and other fittings when we are not so busy.

The service was very good. James Ward was very professional and explained everything to me. He was on time. The day before (yesterday ) The young lady that made the appointment got the town wrong and the repairman called from Round Rock and said the address was wrong. He could not come because Round Rock was his territory and Harker Heights was not. He gave me a different phone # and I got a lady that apologized for the mix-up and we rescheduled for the next day and it went very well.

The technician clearly explained the issue and outlined the next steps to fix our garage door. We had an old garage door opener replaced along with some of the parts. In addition, the door was serviced so that it will operate more smoothly. We will be having a new garage door opener installed on another door in a couple of days. Service was great! Everything from initial response, communication, prompt arrival, the actual product etc. was great. Highly recommend.
