I chose your company because the company that installed my garage door didn’t answer my call and asked me to leave a message.Precision was the first name that came up after searching broken garage spring repair and you had an easy online service scheduling on your website. I appreciated the same day response time. My service man Ryan was very courteous and quickly assessed what I needed and clearly explained what was needed.I also appreciate a company that honors military veterans with a discount for our service. I definitely recommend your company and will call again should the need arise.
Armando, your review is very appreciated. Thank you for your feedback and kind comments regarding your satisfaction with the service received during the process of acquiring your new garage door.

Outstanding experience! I initially chose this company to replace my garage doors after seeing their commercial, but the personal service truly won me over. The gentleman who came to our home took his time explaining all the details to my husband and me and answering our questions. He even met us at the shop so we could see the doors in person before making our decision. We really appreciated his patience and the extra effort he made to help us feel confident in our choice. I absolutely love my new garage doors and highly recommend this company
Cynthia, we greatly appreciate hearing of your satisfaction with our company and the services provided. Thank you for your recommendation of Precision Garage Door of Waco!

Terrible experience. I called yesterday to schedule a quote. The women on the phone completely lied about the pricing and the turnaround time to get it fixed. When they came out today to give the quote, he said they wouldn’t be able to get it fixed for 3-4 weeks and the price was nearly double what the women had said previously. I was not impressed by the inconsistency of this company.

I always get three quotes when it comes to repairs. I had a discontinued garage door opener with a shredded belt. No after market parts. Therefore, I put away my McGyver, DIY belt and had a pro look at it. The technician (Justin) was professional and personable. The other two quotes were within the price range. Justin performed a clean install and all around great job. I would highly recommend.
Scott, we are very pleased to receive your feedback and to hear of your experience with our technician Justin. Thank you for placing your trust in Precision Garage Door of Waco! We look forward to working with you in the future for your garage door needs!

I chose Precision mainly because of their TV ads. The guys are always smiling, especially James in the AD. The fact that they can respond in the same day was the other reason. I am so glad I trusted Precision to get my garage door back in working condition in record time.

They installed my garage door in 2024 and I have had no problems until recently . My door would open and then not close. I had a technician come out and he corrected the problem in under five minutes. He was very pleasant and professional . Thankfully, the motor was still under warranty . I would recommend Precision to anyone needing a new garage door or repairs.

James Ward came on Friday, June 19, 2026 to provide an estimate for a broken garage door. He was very professional, personable, and respectful. He provided three estimates, the cheapest of which was actually the cheapest of multiple estimates I had received. For that reason, we decided to go with Precision for our service. I was so impressed with him I wanted to make sure he was the one able to provide the repair, so we scheduled the appointment for the following Monday, when I knew he would be working. James arrived, got the door fixed very promptly, and maintained his professionalism the entire time. My husband and I were very pleased with James Ward’s service and would recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service to anybody!
