We had an old garage door opener replaced along with some of the parts. In addition, the door was serviced so that it will operate more smoothly. We will be having a new garage door opener installed on another door in a couple of days. Service was great! Everything from initial response, communication, prompt arrival, the actual product etc. was great. Highly recommend.

My garage door wouldn't open and my car was inside, and I needed to go to work that evening. All the other places I called couldn't come out until Monday. Precision garage door sent Mr James out within 3 hrs of my online booking. He was super knowledgeable, super professional and even gave me multiple options to replace the blown motor. My garage door got a new fancy motor, I got to my job and I'm so super satisfied and blessed with the work and availability yall provide.

Your Technician John was really informative about the situation of my garage door issues. He made sure it was in working order in no time and before leaving. When asked for other options of a new garage door if needed he showed me some options.The garage door whisperer for sure. Our tecn, James Ward was awesome today. Our scheduled time was between 12-2 and he was here almost 30 minutes early. He was very thorough and professional. He did it all from replacing worn out sensors to a new spring and rollers. He lubed the door and gave us one so we can do routine maintenance ourselves. The door is now better than when it was installed.. I will definitely be recommend James and Precision to all my friend and anyone I meet that needs garage door repairs. Thank you.

I found Precision online and am so glad that I took the chance & had them come to fix a broken garage door. Paul came out on a Sunday and had it fixed in an hour. I thought it was a nice touch that I received a text with a short bio of Paul before he arrived. Not often have we had things repaired by such a professional and kind person. We felt very confident that the suggestions Paul made for repair were necessary and that the pricing was fair. We will add Precision to our list of wonderful companies that do quality work.
