My garage spring was broken that's why I called Precision Garage Door. James did a pretty good job explaining to me what he's going to do and other options to offer. I ended up replacing the other spring for the other door. He came back twice for minor adjustments but overall I am satisfied with the job performed.

The day before (yesterday ) The young lady that made the appointment got the town wrong and the repairman called from Round Rock and said the address was wrong. He could not come because Round Rock was his territory and Harker Heights was not. He gave me a different phone # and I got a lady that apologized for the mix-up and we rescheduled for the next day and it went very well.
