We had an old garage door opener replaced along with some of the parts. In addition, the door was serviced so that it will operate more smoothly. We will be having a new garage door opener installed on another door in a couple of days. Service was great! Everything from initial response, communication, prompt arrival, the actual product etc. was great. Highly recommend.

Precision garage door sent Mr James out within 3 hrs of my online booking. He was super knowledgeable, super professional and even gave me multiple options to replace the blown motor. Our tecn, James Ward was awesome today. Our scheduled time was between 12-2 and he was here almost 30 minutes early. He was very thorough and professional. He did it all from replacing worn out sensors to a new spring and rollers. He lubed the door and gave us one so we can do routine maintenance ourselves. The door is now better than when it was installed.. I will definitely be recommend James and Precision to all my friend and anyone I meet that needs garage door repairs. Thank you.

I found Precision online and am so glad that I took the chance & had them come to fix a broken garage door. Paul came out on a Sunday and had it fixed in an hour. I thought it was a nice touch that I received a text with a short bio of Paul before he arrived. Not often have we had things repaired by such a professional and kind person. We felt very confident that the suggestions Paul made for repair were necessary and that the pricing was fair. We will add Precision to our list of wonderful companies that do quality work.

James did an amazing job and was so professional and friendly. He called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on the road and his arrival time. Once at my house he walked me through his whole 25 point inspection of my garage door and explained all options to me. Even though I only need springs replaced he made sure that I understood about all of the other parts and recommended replacing based on age and condition.
