James did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. He explained everything in a way I could easily understand, confirmed my suspicion that I needed two springs instead of one for our two-car garage, and fixed the issue quickly. He also took the time to show me how to properly maintain the moving parts and left all the company information I'd need for any future warranty requests. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommended
We are very pleased to receive your feedback and to hear of your experience with our company and technician James. We appreciate your recommendation of our services in sharing our information with your friends.

The service was very good. James Ward was very professional and explained everything to me. He was on time. The day before (yesterday ) The young lady that made the appointment got the town wrong and the repairman called from Round Rock and said the address was wrong. He could not come because Round Rock was his territory and Harker Heights was not. He gave me a different phone # and I got a lady that apologized for the mix-up and we rescheduled for the next day and it went very well.
Sue, we are very pleased to receive your feedback and to hear of your experience with our technician James. Thank you for placing your trust in Precision Garage Door of Waco! We look forward to working with you in the future for your garage door needs!

The technician clearly explained the issue and outlined the next steps to fix our garage door. Since we were already considering replacing the door in the future, we decided to purchase the new door from Precision as well. The technician was very knowledgeable about the products and took his time as my husband and I went back and forth on color choices. In the end, we felt confident that we made the right choice going with Precision Garage Doors.
Erika, we greatly appreciate hearing of your satisfaction with our company. Thank you for the 5 Star review!

Our tecn, James Ward was awesome today. Our scheduled time was between 12-2 and he was here almost 30 minutes early. He was very thorough and professional. He did it all from replacing worn out sensors to a new spring and rollers. He lubed the door and gave us one so we can do routine maintenance ourselves. The door is now better than when it was installed.. I will definitely be recommend James and Precision to all my friend and anyone I meet that needs garage door repairs. Thank you.
