I found Precision online and am so glad that I took the chance & had them come to fix a broken garage door. Paul came out on a Sunday and had it fixed in an hour. I thought it was a nice touch that I received a text with a short bio of Paul before he arrived. Not often have we had things repaired by such a professional and kind person. We felt very confident that the suggestions Paul made for repair were necessary and that the pricing was fair. We will add Precision to our list of wonderful companies that do quality work.

I can't tell you how the installation is yet but if it is as good as The estimate im sure it will be great.

James did an amazing job and was so professional and friendly. He called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on the road and his arrival time. Once at my house he walked me through his whole 25 point inspection of my garage door and explained all options to me. Even though I only need springs replaced he made sure that I understood about all of the other parts and recommended replacing based on age and condition. The total price for all labor and parts was very far and knowing that I have a lifetime warranty give me peace of mind. I will recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Mr. James Ward, was very professional from the get go. An enthusiastic person with detailed analysis of the garage door problem. He ensured safety was primary in doing the interim repair before the new doors arrived. My garage door is 23 years old, with a few bumps from the cars throughout the years. His truck was well stocked for all the repairs ,and he made sure I understood what he was doing which I appreciated very well. Thank you for having competent technician like James on your team. He is a great asset, and a great credit to your company.

On Wednesday, 8 may, one of the Torsion Springs on my garage door snapped. At about 5:30 PM I contacted Precision Garage Door of Waco to request a repair. I was offered an 8 – 10 AM slot on 9 May. At about 7:40 this morning I received a call from Paul who said he would be at my house at 8 o’clock. He arrived a few minutes early. Paul was very personable and professional. He inspected the door and the associated hardware. He provided three different estimates from me to choose from. I did select the middle price option. The repair was completed before 10 AM. I am totally satisfied with the completed work and recommend this company, and Paul, to anyone needing a garage door repair.
