Mr. Dustin Doyle came on time as we expected. He did his inspection after that he went over what needs to be replace and quote me a price estimate. Your company far exceeded my expectations. I had a broken garage door and scheduled online based on the positive reviews. I only scheduled to have the door fixed, but asked the tech when he arrived if he was able to install an opener. I fully expected him to have to return because the install wasn’t scheduled ahead of time. He completed all of the work same day. I appreciate his willingness to take care of my job completely. We had issues with our garage door because of the left spring missing . The door failed to raise up completely. Fortunately we met John Gallerano and his wife at the Extraco Home and Garden Show. I took his card and when this issue happened I called his office. He was out the next day and he would explain all my options. I explained to him that I wanted the door fixed properly. He also noted that the motor was too small. He explained in detail what my options were. I had him replace the motor ,rollers, springs and the pads. John Gallerano exceeded all my expectations in explaining and workmanship. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and John Gallerano to all my friends and neighbors.
