Our garage door spring broke late in the day. I called precision door because I saw the reviews. They were able to come out the next morning for the repair. I was going to have to go to work so my wife was home when James showed up for the repair. He conducted a thorough review of our door and came up with 4 options for the repair. He was able to go through all the options with my wife explaining and showing the parts on the door that were in need of replacing. He was very patient as my wife asked a lot of questions. We chose option 3 and we couldn’t be happier. It was a little more money than we planned, but we now are better than new. We also received a lifetime warranty so we have the peace of mind that we will be taken care of in the future. Highly recommend these guys.

The team was very professional and responsive from the very beginning. I found out late Sunday night that the garage spring had snapped in two and the next day by noon a technician was on site. We had an exceptional experience with Precision Garage Door, and John Gallerano was a huge reason why. From the very first phone call, we felt confident. The receptionist was professional, organized, and truly on point. That first impression mattered and set the tone that we were dealing with a company that takes customer service seriously. John came out for the initial visit to inspect our system and walk us through what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly without rushing us. He even gave us tips about our garage system and security that we hadn’t thought about. There was zero pressure, just honest and straightforward information. In our case, we ended up replacing essentially everything except the actual garage door itself. The opener system, components, and hardware were all updated. The spring broke on my garage door and the earliest anyone would come out was next week. My husband said call Precision Garage Door. So I looked it up and found out that they would come when you need them and I booked an appointment online for a Saturday and Their service guy Dustin showed up and did an awesome job. He looked at everything and told me what needed to be done and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before he proceeded with the work. Afterwards he showed me everything that was done and showed me the best way to take care of the mechanisms so that they last longer. Thank you Dustin for the excellent service.
