Quick response and great service! Tried contacting another garage door company over a month ago, and never heard from them again. Contacted Precision door and explained the situation with my mom having surgery and her sister coming to stay with her to help, and how I tried to have old worn out doors repaired prior to the known event. Precision doors sent Dustin out the same day and he was great at assessing the situation, seeing what was needed and making a recommendation on what “he” would do if it was him in the same situation. No nonsense, no running around company that does what they say - provides great service and customer support!! I highly recommend them and look forward to getting new doors from them!!

Commercials actually led us to you. So far we are only in the beginning stage of service meaning we called, you returned call, serviceman James Ward stayed in contact until his arrival which was quick. He evaluated our needs, gave us a quote and upon our approval he ordered the parts, took our deposit and assured us the work will be done when the parts arrive which should be within 3 weeks. We couldn't be happier with our new garage doors. The old house had the old style doors and it was definitely due an upgrade. Dustin was extremely helpful, friendly and reliable. Installation went off without a hitch. I would suggest that if you have an older house, have someone make sure the openings are square. My husband did this the week before the doors came in and that helped things go smoother. Apparently that was an issue with the openings at this house, since things had shifted over the last 50 + years. All that said, I would never use anyone else for garage doors. They have a high rating for a reason people, trust us. ;-)
