I chose your company because the company that installed my garage door didn’t answer my call and asked me to leave a message.Precision was the first name that came up after searching broken garage spring repair and you had an easy online service scheduling on your website. I appreciated the same day response time. My service man Ryan was very courteous and quickly assessed what I needed and clearly explained what was needed.I also appreciate a company that honors military veterans with a discount for our service. I definitely recommend your company and will call again should the need arise.

Outstanding experience! I initially chose this company to replace my garage doors after seeing their commercial, but the personal service truly won me over. The gentleman who came to our home took his time explaining all the details to my husband and me and answering our questions. He even met us at the shop so we could see the doors in person before making our decision. We really appreciated his patience and the extra effort he made to help us feel confident in our choice. I absolutely love my new garage doors and highly recommend this company

I called Precision because I wanted to upgrade my garage door spring to double springs. Technician Ryan Joyce evaluated the system and made recommendations for new springs and new cable roller bearings that will make the door more efficient, less load on the opener device, and easy to operate manually in the event of a power failure. Ryan was polite, efficient and explained everything in layman’s terms. Precision is my new “go to” garage door favorite.

Ryan and Ryanlin were both very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did all the work in excellent a manner, and we are 100 % satisfied. They explained everything to us in a manner we could understand and did not push us to purchase new equipment, though we did choose to purchase new garage door openers. And we are so glad we did. I never knew garage door openers could be so quite and smooth. This was the best investment we have made in our home in a long time. Thanks Precision and thank you Ryan and Ryanlin.

We had used Precision Garage Door in 2025 and were impressed with the service. When one of our garage door openers failed after 13 years of service. we didn't hesitate to contact Precision Garage Door again. We were delighted the Technician, Bill Kirkland, was able to fulfill the service request on the same day that we called. Bill arrived as scheduled and got right to work testing and ultimately replacing the inoperable opener. The new unit was the same brand as the ones that were on our other two garage doors but technology changes in the new unit were not supported by the remotes for the older units. After explaining all this to us, Bill reprogramed the remotes in our personal vehicles to recognize the new unit while retaining the connectivity for the two older units. This was above and beyond what was expected!
