I set an appointment for the following day and overall Paul Lightell was an amazing technician. He notified me before his arrival and arrived upon the promised time. He was professional at all times and was upfront and honest about everything from pricing to what couldn’t be repaired. I ended up purchasing a new garage door from Precision Garage Door and plan to make them my only servicer for my garage door going forward. Your company far exceeded my expectations. I had a broken garage door and scheduled online based on the positive reviews. I only scheduled to have the door fixed, but asked the tech when he arrived if he was able to install an opener. I fully expected him to have to return because the install wasn’t scheduled ahead of time. He completed all of the work same day. I appreciate his willingness to take care of my job completely. He was kind, courteous and genuinely cared about his work. He even made some modifications to prevent the door from breaking again. I had been waiting for the opener install with the company who installed the door. I scheduled and they no showed multiple times. Thanks for taking care of everything so quickly.

We had issues with our garage door because of the left spring missing . The door failed to raise up completely. Fortunately we met John Gallerano and his wife at the Extraco Home and Garden Show. I took his card and when this issue happened I called his office. He was out the next day and he would explain all my options. I explained to him that I wanted the door fixed properly. He also noted that the motor was too small. He explained in detail what my options were. I had him replace the motor ,rollers, springs and the pads. John Gallerano exceeded all my expectations in explaining and workmanship. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and John Gallerano to all my friends and neighbors.
