Quality replaced all components except rail, opener and door. While the quality is good, the price for the rollers is extremely high. $24.33 per roller is almost 10 times what they can be purchased for on Amazon for the same quality.

I had a 5 month old opener that the motor failed. There were evidently problems getting the repair part and after 30 days I was not pleased. However, the day after the part was scheduled to be in, John came out and told me that the wrong part was sent but they would do what it took to make it right and he did. I appreciate everything that John and Precision did to fix the problem and they went above my expectations. They have a dedicated customer now. Thanks John and everyone at Precision.

My door broke when my power went out and I called them right after. They agreed to come out immediately. If they wouldn't have come out, my garage would be open for at least the weekend. They were very professional and James was the best at explaining everything and he did a whole door parts replacement in an hour! He is fantastic! Thanks for the service and making a bad day with other issues much better.
