I always get three quotes when it comes to repairs. I had a discontinued garage door opener with a shredded belt. No after market parts. Therefore, I put away my McGyver, DIY belt and had a pro look at it. The technician (Justin) was professional and personable. The other two quotes were within the price range. My garage door spring broke at 5pm so I found Presicion and booked an appointment for the next day. Justin was a wonderful tech who came out and provided excellent service and within 2.5 hours of arriving my garage was better than when I purchased my home. The spring was the only thing that was broken, but the rest of the components of the garage door, other than the physical door itself or all old and in disrepair, so we ended up replacing all of it. Extremely happy with my service and would highly recommend.

Bill Kirkland is the service technician who came to service our garage door. We were unable to get the garage door open or closed and this happened on Sunday afternoon. It was amazing to have someone (a LIVE PERSON) at your business answer the phone on a Sunday and work with us to get a technician to come by on a Sunday. WOW! We were panicked about leaving the garage door open all night, so Precision was able to help! I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this! Bill, the service tech, was so friendly and explained to us why the garage door was unable to be opened, showing us the light beams on the end of gargae doors. So there was nothing really wrong with the wonderful Precision Garage Door or opener, it was just a technical issue that we were not aware of. Thank you, thank you, Precision for your wonderful customer service and also to Bill Kirkland who was so knowledgeable and helpul to us!
