I was floored that they came out same day I called for estimate. James was super nice & easy to talk to & understand. The company even sent me a Bio on him before he showed up. Which I've never seen this done before...so we felt like we knew him already. We lucked out when they had a door in-stock. And they could install it the following week. It made my husband happy because his Harley Trike was in the garage and was unable to ride it since the door was stuck shut after the cable broke. Very reasonable prices. So happy we found them.

Great service! Had to replace door opener and add a spring. The garage door is so quiet that I have to look to make sure it is opening or closing. The tech was great and explained everything. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that need work done on their garage door.

Our tecn, James Ward was awesome today. Our scheduled time was between 12-2 and he was here almost 30 minutes early. He was very thorough and professional. He did it all from replacing worn out sensors to a new spring and rollers. He lubed the door and gave us one so we can do routine maintenance ourselves. The door is now better than when it was installed.. I will definitely be recommend James and Precision to all my friend and anyone I meet that needs garage door repairs. Thank you.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this company and Paul is! This was the second time I have used them (not for the same issue) and I can promise I will always use them in the future.
