Bill Kirkland is the service technician who came to service our garage door. We were unable to get the garage door open or closed and this happened on Sunday afternoon. It was amazing to have someone (a LIVE PERSON) at your business answer the phone on a Sunday and work with us to get a technician to come by on a Sunday. WOW! We were panicked about leaving the garage door open all night, so Precision was able to help! I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this! Bill, the service tech, was so friendly and explained to us why the garage door was unable to be opened, showing us the light beams on the end of gargae doors. So there was nothing really wrong with the wonderful Precision Garage Door or opener, it was just a technical issue that we were not aware of. Thank you, thank you, Precision for your wonderful customer service and also to Bill Kirkland who was so knowledgeable and helpul to us!

They installed my garage door in 2024 and I have had no problems until recently . My door would open and then not close. I had a technician come out and he corrected the problem in under five minutes. He was very pleasant and professional . Thankfully, the motor was still under warranty . James Ward came on Friday, June 19, 2026 to provide an estimate for a broken garage door. He was very professional, personable, and respectful. He provided three estimates, the cheapest of which was actually the cheapest of multiple estimates I had received. For that reason, we decided to go with Precision for our service. I was so impressed with him I wanted to make sure he was the one able to provide the repair, so we scheduled the appointment for the following Monday, when I knew he would be working. James arrived, got the door fixed very promptly, and maintained his professionalism the entire time. My husband and I were very pleased with James Ward’s service and would recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service to anybody!
