When my Genie Garage Door opener would not work even after changing the batteries and syncing it, I called Pecision and they said no problem they would sen a person out next day to check the opener and with a new opener. The technician came the next day and said the opener was bad and gave us a new opener. He put in batteries and synced it. Great service, just like when they installed my new garage door.

Several five star comments: 24-hour availability by either phone or on-line appointment scheduling (which I did after hours), repairman called saying he could come earlier as an appointment had rescheduled (courtesy), replaced broken springs and bearings in a very professional manner, and did everything in about an hour. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. Overall great experience and a lifetime warranty - can’t beat that.

Saw Precision Doors commercial about how the garage door should operate smoothly and gave them a call because one of their competitors told me all the clunking mine was doing was normal. Precison Doors technician showed up on time and diagnosed the isse quickly, made some adjustments and now it operates like itt did when I bought it 12 years ago. Will be using these folks from now on!

Shawn Buck from Precision contacted me and said he’ll be on his way. Once he arrived he thoroughly went over everything that broke and needed replacement to get my door back up and running. Shawn gave me two options and discussed the difference. I approved the work. Shawn was very professional and installed the new garage door opener. Great experience dealing with Precision garage doors installed new. The tech that arrived, DUSTIN, was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn’t waste time and got the new openers installed quickly and correctly as well as programming the new devices to my autos. We are very pleased with Precision all around! Scheduling was fast and easy! I called at 4pm and they could be out the very next morning. Dustin was our technician and we were so impressed with him! He was extremely courteous and paid attention to the little details! He made it our home before I did and when I got there, he didn’t rush me as I got my 2 little kids out of the car and settled in the house before coming to the door! That little detail meant a lot to me and was very helpful to get the kids settled before getting to work. He gave me multiple different options of repair from the basic work that needed to be done to some extra work that would help it run best. I appreciated all the options and transparency. Dustin worked quickly, but did an amazing job! We were really relieved that we could have our garage door up and running by the time he left! I have had previous service for some minor repairs to my garage door, but needed a full replacement. I trust the technicians and they have always explained everything that was needed and what was completed. There was one flaw that was basically cosmetic, but the technician indicated he would order a new panel as it was a factory defect that could be remedied. I will recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door services.

Reviews looked good and it seemed like you would be able to come out and assess our situation quickly as garage door was stuck half way down. Dustin Doyle came out and helped us decide what we needed to do to replace our garage door set up which is probably 40 years old. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. He took the time at the end of his day to sit down with us and help us decide what type of door, motor, etc. He got the old garage door, broken in many places, to the closed position so that safety and security could be maintained while we wait for the new installation. You are fortunate to have him on your team! We are looking forward to our new garage door in a couple of weeks we hope.
