Quick response and great service! Tried contacting another garage door company over a month ago, and never heard from them again. Contacted Precision door and explained the situation with my mom having surgery and her sister coming to stay with her to help, and how I tried to have old worn out doors repaired prior to the known event. Precision doors sent Dustin out the same day and he was great at assessing the situation, seeing what was needed and making a recommendation on what “he” would do if it was him in the same situation. No nonsense, no running around company that does what they say - provides great service and customer support!! I highly recommend them and look forward to getting new doors from them!!

Found your service on line and was nice to schedule my own appointment without having to call. Technician was very nice and completed the job efficiently and I am very happy with my new garage door opener/system. My old system was fried after fifteen years. S. Teague

Really top notch service always willing to do the right thing for the customer. I had them install two massive doors and they have been out due to operator caused issues and was there when they said they were.
