Technician was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable in fixing my garage door. He made numerous phone calls back to his office to ask questions. Then he had to get advice from another guy on the phone. I’m not very confident he could complete the job. However, quote was reasonable but decided to go with another company.

I feel a bit bamboozled being quoted for $80-180 (ish) for parts and labor, asked “for parts and labor?”, and was told yes. Then I was then charged almost $400. That’s not cool. This is for a residential broken spring repair.

Tech was great and very fast. However, when called for an appointment and quote due to a broken singular spring I told the woman on the phone i only had one spring and was told told springs vary from $120-198 per spring. She did not inform me they would not warranty less than two springs on the install. I was informed of that when the tech showed up and the two spring job cost me double. $506. The woman on the phone should have let me know that policy instead of putting the tech in a bad position explaining why the job was gonna be twice as much. I would have given the tech 5 stars.
