The problem with my opener is they no longer make my unit and no longer stock the parts. I am waiting on the price of a whole new unit. James was very nice and I look forward to seeing him again

The technician did a very good job reinstalling a cable that came off its pully. He checked everything else and adjusted and greased what needed to be. Door is working fine now

We feel that our service technician Dustin, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed up and went right to work in performing an inspection and maintenance of our garage door & opener. The good news is that he accomplished our primary expectations as to the functionality and noise reduction of the door. Service Representative came out to look at my garage door. Couldn't repair the damage door. But quoted me a price for a new door. Representative was very professional and polite.
