Quality replaced all components except rail, opener and door. While the quality is good, the price for the rollers is extremely high. $24.33 per roller is almost 10 times what they can be purchased for on Amazon for the same quality.

Bill arrived ahead of time quoted and got right to work replacing the garage opener. I have a tricky installation with a full screen on my garage and he worked around it with no issues. The job was done quickly, and exceeded my expectations on how well and professional the job turned out. Bill is a great tech and I'd welcome back anytime for future service.

When my Genie Garage Door opener would not work even after changing the batteries and syncing it, I called Pecision and they said no problem they would sen a person out next day to check the opener and with a new opener. The technician came the next day and said the opener was bad and gave us a new opener. He put in batteries and synced it. Great service, just like when they installed my new garage door.

Several five star comments: 24-hour availability by either phone or on-line appointment scheduling (which I did after hours), repairman called saying he could come earlier as an appointment had rescheduled (courtesy), replaced broken springs and bearings in a very professional manner, and did everything in about an hour. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. Overall great experience and a lifetime warranty - can’t beat that.

Saw Precision Doors commercial about how the garage door should operate smoothly and gave them a call because one of their competitors told me all the clunking mine was doing was normal. Precison Doors technician showed up on time and diagnosed the isse quickly, made some adjustments and now it operates like itt did when I bought it 12 years ago. Shawn Buck from Precision contacted me and said he’ll be on his way. Once he arrived he thoroughly went over everything that broke and needed replacement to get my door back up and running. Shawn gave me two options and discussed the difference. I approved the work. Shawn was very professional and installed the new garage door opener. I did not appreciate the bait and switch that happened when the technician arrived. It went from a rough quote of $ 150.00 to $ 190.00 over the phone to over $ 380.00 when the technician arrived. It really pissed me off and I asked the technician to leave. I will never call you guys again and you bet I will tell all I know about my experience!! Being in the sales and service business myself, I really think you guys need to change your business practices!

We are very pleased with Precision all around! Scheduling was fast and easy! I called at 4pm and they could be out the very next morning. Dustin was our technician and we were so impressed with him! He was extremely courteous and paid attention to the little details! He made it our home before I did and when I got there, he didn’t rush me as I got my 2 little kids out of the car and settled in the house before coming to the door! That little detail meant a lot to me and was very helpful to get the kids settled before getting to work. He gave me multiple different options of repair from the basic work that needed to be done to some extra work that would help it run best. I appreciated all the options and transparency. Dustin worked quickly, but did an amazing job! We were really relieved that we could have our garage door up and running by the time he left! This is not the first company we have worked with for our garage door needs, but it has by far been the best! Thank you Dustin and the precision team for your professionalism and expertise!
