I don't leave reviews very often, but in this case it is very much deserved. I had a very noisy garage door and it was time to replace my garage door opener. James Ward was my technician and I explained my issues and what I wanted done and explained everything in detail. Once everything was done I was skeptical how much of a difference the service would make. The system/door is 100% quieter. He even went over how to properly lubricate the moving parts to maintain the system. Would 100% recommend them for any garage door needs. They need to change the commercial that James is in to the 6 star review man, guy definitely takes pride in his work and it shows, give this guy a raise!

The service was very good. James Ward was very professional and explained everything to me. He was on time. The day before (yesterday ) The young lady that made the appointment got the town wrong and the repairman called from Round Rock and said the address was wrong. He could not come because Round Rock was his territory and Harker Heights was not. He gave me a different phone # and I got a lady that apologized for the mix-up and we rescheduled for the next day and it went very well.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service, because they were the only Service Provider open on Sunday. I called and spoke with Tyler. I relayed the information needed to diagnose our issue of broken springs. He was able to dispatch a technician named James, sometime between 2-4pm on Sunday!! James arrived early about 1:30pm. He got the garage door back on track and the two bottom wheels realigned. James removed the broken springs and replaced them with Lifetime Warranty springs. Company was available in a reasonable time. A cable broke leaving my garage door stuck at an angle. James was very professional. He identified several problems with our 30 year old garage door system. I was feeling like this was an over sell however agreed to proceeding with his recommendation. As he pulled off the old pieces and springs and added the new parts it was apparent to me that he knew what he was talking about. The repair was expensive but feel confident that it will last. It also is so much quieter now.
