James Ward came on Friday, June 19, 2026 to provide an estimate for a broken garage door. He was very professional, personable, and respectful. He provided three estimates, the cheapest of which was actually the cheapest of multiple estimates I had received. For that reason, we decided to go with Precision for our service. I was so impressed with him I wanted to make sure he was the one able to provide the repair, so we scheduled the appointment for the following Monday, when I knew he would be working. James arrived, got the door fixed very promptly, and maintained his professionalism the entire time. My husband and I were very pleased with James Ward’s service and would recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service to anybody!

Precision Garage Door was able to send a technician out the same day. The garage door was inspected, and I was given multiple repair alternatives to choose from. Quality replaced all components except rail, opener and door. While the quality is good, the price for the rollers is extremely high. $24.33 per roller is almost 10 times what they can be purchased for on Amazon for the same quality.

I did not appreciate the bait and switch that happened when the technician arrived. It went from a rough quote of $ 150.00 to $ 190.00 over the phone to over $ 380.00 when the technician arrived. It really pissed me off and I asked the technician to leave. I will never call you guys again and you bet I will tell all I know about my experience!! Being in the sales and service business myself, I really think you guys need to change your business practices!

Our door was very erratic about opening and closing. I chose Precision because of their TV commercial. Every time I saw Technician James smile it made me smile too. A fantastic representative! I was so happy when James himself came to fix our door. It was a pleasure to meet him. We appreciate how quickly he worked and how well he explained our new equipment. I was able to schedule the repair appointment so fast! Next day!
