Quality replaced all components except rail, opener and door. While the quality is good, the price for the rollers is extremely high. $24.33 per roller is almost 10 times what they can be purchased for on Amazon for the same quality.

I did not appreciate the bait and switch that happened when the technician arrived. It went from a rough quote of $ 150.00 to $ 190.00 over the phone to over $ 380.00 when the technician arrived. It really pissed me off and I asked the technician to leave. I will never call you guys again and you bet I will tell all I know about my experience!! Being in the sales and service business myself, I really think you guys need to change your business practices!

Our door was very erratic about opening and closing. I chose Precision because of their TV commercial. Every time I saw Technician James smile it made me smile too. A fantastic representative! Our garage door spring broke late in the day. I called precision door because I saw the reviews. They were able to come out the next morning for the repair. I was going to have to go to work so my wife was home when James showed up for the repair. He conducted a thorough review of our door and came up with 4 options for the repair. He was able to go through all the options with my wife explaining and showing the parts on the door that were in need of replacing. He was very patient as my wife asked a lot of questions. We chose option 3 and we couldn’t be happier. It was a little more money than we planned, but we now are better than new. We also received a lifetime warranty so we have the peace of mind that we will be taken care of in the future. Highly recommend these guys.

The team was very professional and responsive from the very beginning. I found out late Sunday night that the garage spring had snapped in two and the next day by noon a technician was on site. My garage spring was broken that's why I called Precision Garage Door. James did a pretty good job explaining to me what he's going to do and other options to offer. I ended up replacing the other spring for the other door. He came back twice for minor adjustments but overall I am satisfied with the job performed.
