Great service! From Ashley answering my initial call and questions to the technician, James Ward. James called and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He was very thorough from explaining estimate to answering all my questions regarding the service call on my cratered garage door. He did a great job getting my garage door repaired and back in service quickly and in the heat of the day! I was floored that they came out same day I called for estimate. James was super nice & easy to talk to & understand. The company even sent me a Bio on him before he showed up. Which I've never seen this done before...so we felt like we knew him already. We lucked out when they had a door in-stock. And they could install it the following week. It made my husband happy because his Harley Trike was in the garage and was unable to ride it since the door was stuck shut after the cable broke. Very reasonable prices. So happy we found them.

Our tecn, James Ward was awesome today. Our scheduled time was between 12-2 and he was here almost 30 minutes early. He was very thorough and professional. He did it all from replacing worn out sensors to a new spring and rollers. He lubed the door and gave us one so we can do routine maintenance ourselves.
