Quick shout out to Precision Garage and technician Dustin (Also James on a previous job for a family member). After returning home late on a Friday evening and finding that my garage would not open more than a few inches, I called Precision Garage the following morning only because it was the first option that showed up on the Google search. Let me tell you, I am glad it was the first option and it deserves that spot. After a brief phone call with a very nice call taker, she told me they would have a technician out between 1030am and 1230pm. Dustin called me 15 minutes later letting me know he was on the way and he made it here prior to the scheduled time. Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable and after a brief troubleshooting and inspection of my entire door assembly, he advised what the problem was, what other issues he found and then gave me 3 different options to get the original option fixed or also fix the other issues. I never felt pressured and he was willing and able to explain each repair. After choosing the option to pretty much replace everything but the door, Dustin knocked it out in no time. I want to also mention James on here because during this process, my mother in law mentioned how she had also used Precision Garage in the past and James came out and he was also very helpful in getting her garage working again. I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage every time I here anyone asking about garage repair. Thanks again Dustin.

Got on at 11:00 at night to make an appointment, received a text shortly after asking what time would work good for me. I scheduled anywhere between 10-12 the next morning, At 9:30 that morning James called and said he was heading my way, showed up early and was very informative on what all he had to do, and what parts it was going to take to get my garage door back functioning! My door broke when my power went out and I called them right after. They agreed to come out immediately. If they wouldn't have come out, my garage would be open for at least the weekend. They were very professional and James was the best at explaining everything and he did a whole door parts replacement in an hour! He is fantastic! We had an old garage door opener replaced along with some of the parts. In addition, the door was serviced so that it will operate more smoothly. We will be having a new garage door opener installed on another door in a couple of days. Service was great! Everything from initial response, communication, prompt arrival, the actual product etc. was great. Highly recommend.

January 2024, I called and had John come out and restore my garage door. He did and outstanding job, but the rubber door seal was damaged. Our pest control guy noticed it was torn and I called your office. James came out the next day and documented the damage and will be out Wednesday to replace it. Great warranty and service. Our garage door lock would not operate properly. We recently purchased this home and are now remodeling and using the garage for storage. Dustin Doyle., Precision's technician, worked out the problems on the old mechanism enabling us to lock the door and suggested a new device to be ordered. We authorized the order and anticipate arranging an appointment in the near future to have him install the system. We are very pleased with the high quality service and courtesy shown by Dustin.
