My husband's car was stolen from our driveway, and his garage remote was inside the car. The thieves used the remote to get into our garage but luckily didn't mess with my car. I called Precision in need of someone to reprogram our garage door so the thieves couldn't come back for my car too. James Ward came out less than an hour after my call, and was extremely courteous as well as professional. He reprogrammed the garage door, gave us a new remote, helped me program the key pad (which since moving in I had never been able to use), and he made an adjustment on the garage door. He was very kind, thorough, and did an amazing job. His services were well worth the money. I'm so thankful he was able to come out that day. He gave me piece of mind that we would be safe.

My garage door system was very old (2007) and I was due for a new one. Dustin listed out all of my options very clearly and made recommendations. I always appreciate when a company's focus is creating a solution and not selling me something. Dustin gave me a pros and cons list of replacing some things now vs waiting, but he created the necessary trust that I went with his recommendation. I will never use anyone else but Precision now, although hopefully I do not need to call them for a very long time!

Our house is in Harker Heights... with the garage door backup battery not working, I called and an appointment was scheduled for the next day at a time convenient to me. James came a little early to look at it and determined that it was the backup battery... but a new opener was only a little more than replacing the battery. So I went with that option since the old one was nearly ten years old. This all took less than two hours... This was a great solution! James was awesome too!!

Precision Garage Door of Waco did a very good job of replacing my broken garage door. The two workers were courteous, professional and efficient. They finished the job in less than two and one half hours. When finished they explained the function of the door fully. This door is functioning perfectly.

Considering a rollup v panel door, and after e-shopping around a bit, talking with others garage door "experts". Precision Garage Door of Waco were by FAR the most helpful answering questions. My husband and I saw an advertisement on TV. We called Overhead Garage Doors, but they weren't answering their phones, so I left a voice mail. Then I called Precision Garage Doors, made an appointment and in two hours the guy was calling me to tell me he was on his way. Paul arrived and did such a great job explaining to me what was wrong with our garage door. We approved him doing the repairs the same day! Hooray! I found your company by searching for Liftmaster garage door opener repairs. It worked well until i had my metal garage sprayed with insulation. Your technitian said he doesn't repair commercial doors which I wasn't aware that it was. Although he was able to fix my problem by readjusting the door sensor at the bottom of the door which was probably moved when my garage was insulated. And I also appreciate the discount for being a wife of a first responder. My husband was a fire fighter.

Dustin Doyle responded on our request for service. He arrived on time, assessed the problems with the opener and immediately had suggestions on how to rectify the problem. His suggestions included the installation of a new opener, springs and rollers, all of which were completed in about an hour and a half. The end result gave us a new, very quiet and efficient garage door installation, and one that is far superior to the previous opener. Many thanks go out to Dustin and his efficient and timely handling of the installation.

Called a few places trying to get someone out same day and was so happy when James Ward showed up! I received a short bio & phone call prior to his arrival, which was so nice. He was super friendly & knowledgable & although we had to replace the opener, the new one has all the latest perks & technology & is super quiet!! James worked quickly and did a great job installing the new opener. After, he made sure we knew how it worked & showed us all the new features, including setting up our new camera & keypad. He even sat in our cars with us to reprogram our car opener buttons! He went above and beyond what was expected & we really appreciated that!
