I was desperate, my garage door was out of control and Precision was the only company that took my call on a Sunday and scheduled a appointment for Monday morning. The technician that was sent was prompt and very knowledgeable about his products. John took care of my garage door opener and now I can leave my house knowing that the door is secure ????.
