I had a 5 month old opener that the motor failed. There were evidently problems getting the repair part and after 30 days I was not pleased. However, the day after the part was scheduled to be in, John came out and told me that the wrong part was sent but they would do what it took to make it right and he did. I appreciate everything that John and Precision did to fix the problem and they went above my expectations. They have a dedicated customer now. Thanks John and everyone at Precision.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service, because they were the only Service Provider open on Sunday. I called and spoke with Tyler. I relayed the information needed to diagnose our issue of broken springs. He was able to dispatch a technician named James, sometime between 2-4pm on Sunday!! James arrived early about 1:30pm. He got the garage door back on track and the two bottom wheels realigned. James removed the broken springs and replaced them with Lifetime Warranty springs. James was efficient, cordial, and friendly. When you call ask for James if you can wait, he’ll take care of your home as if it was his own!! Thank You, BrightNest Painting

Tech was great and very fast. However, when called for an appointment and quote due to a broken singular spring I told the woman on the phone i only had one spring and was told told springs vary from $120-198 per spring. She did not inform me they would not warranty less than two springs on the install. I was informed of that when the tech showed up and the two spring job cost me double. $506. The woman on the phone should have let me know that policy instead of putting the tech in a bad position explaining why the job was gonna be twice as much. I would have given the tech 5 stars.

I was very pleased with the work done by Paul on 10/04/25. I called on a Saturday morning because my garage door quit working and the repair tech came out the same day, a few hours later. He explained what was broken and what he had to do to repair. He also showed me what the cost would be before he started the job. The work was done quickly and efficently. I will not hesitate to call again if I need anything. I was very impressed with the Company and Paul. Everyone was very polite and helpful!

Company was available in a reasonable time. A cable broke leaving my garage door stuck at an angle. James was very professional. He identified several problems with our 30 year old garage door system. I was feeling like this was an over sell however agreed to proceeding with his recommendation. As he pulled off the old pieces and springs and added the new parts it was apparent to me that he knew what he was talking about. The repair was expensive but feel confident that it will last. It also is so much quieter now.

Had them install a new Garage Door Motor etc... last year. They did a fantastic job at a fairly reasonable price. Had an issue yesterday with an error code on the wall unit, they came out today, turned out to not be a problem with the equipment, but they fixed it (minor) and didn't charge me, not even a trip charge and I live way in the country. This company is fantastic. Would highly recommend them. Thanks.

Quick shout out to Precision Garage and technician Dustin (Also James on a previous job for a family member). After returning home late on a Friday evening and finding that my garage would not open more than a few inches, I called Precision Garage the following morning only because it was the first option that showed up on the Google search. Let me tell you, I am glad it was the first option and it deserves that spot. After a brief phone call with a very nice call taker, she told me they would have a technician out between 1030am and 1230pm. Dustin called me 15 minutes later letting me know he was on the way and he made it here prior to the scheduled time. Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable and after a brief troubleshooting and inspection of my entire door assembly, he advised what the problem was, what other issues he found and then gave me 3 different options to get the original option fixed or also fix the other issues. I never felt pressured and he was willing and able to explain each repair. After choosing the option to pretty much replace everything but the door, Dustin knocked it out in no time. I want to also mention James on here because during this process, my mother in law mentioned how she had also used Precision Garage in the past and James came out and he was also very helpful in getting her garage working again. I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage every time I here anyone asking about garage repair. Thanks again Dustin.

Got on at 11:00 at night to make an appointment, received a text shortly after asking what time would work good for me. I scheduled anywhere between 10-12 the next morning, At 9:30 that morning James called and said he was heading my way, showed up early and was very informative on what all he had to do, and what parts it was going to take to get my garage door back functioning! My door broke when my power went out and I called them right after. They agreed to come out immediately. If they wouldn't have come out, my garage would be open for at least the weekend. They were very professional and James was the best at explaining everything and he did a whole door parts replacement in an hour! He is fantastic!
