James was born in Atlanta Georgia and has enjoyed living in Texas for the last eleven years with his wonderful wife. He spent time working in the oil field industry and at Walmart DC before making Precision his home. James will leave a lasting impression as he never meets a stranger and most of all looks forward to helping customers with their garage door problems as this is one of his favorite things to do! He also enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports. The Atlanta Falcons are his favorite team!

My wife gave me the information that James had given her about the repair and maintenance of the Overhead Garage Door and its mechanisms. James, also, explained in detail the preventive maintenance of the fixed garage door and further life of it for the future. From the looks of it and the operations of the door, in my opinion, it was done professionally and it sounds great like an well-oiled mechanism. Thank you so much for James' work and quality. My garage door slammed down when I shut it and the cables on each side had a lot of slack in them. I called Precision Garage Doors of Waco and scheduled a service call for August 1, 2023. James came out and said I had a Wayne Dalton system that NO ONE in the area worked on. I could order the part needed from California, for around $500.00, and try to find someone to install it. He said he could overhaul it for around $1,200.00. Feeling like this was my ONLY option, I said go ahead and overhaul it. That turned out to be $1,275.04. While I was waiting for him to return to fix the door again, so it would go down and stay down, I googled Wayne Dalton doors. Imagine my surprise to find out Palousek Overhead Doors, right here in Temple, services these doors. I called and the nice lady told me they could have repaired my door for around $350.00, which included parts and labor. I could have saved around $900.00. So, James I hope you sleep well at night knowing you took advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income.
