Technician was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable in fixing my garage door. He made numerous phone calls back to his office to ask questions. Then he had to get advice from another guy on the phone. I’m not very confident he could complete the job. However, quote was reasonable but decided to go with another company.

We did purchase 2 of your garage door openers. James the gentleman that came to our home was a True Gentleman Very personable and answered all the questions we had. After we decided on the type of openers he started to take old ones down and replace with the new ones. James is very polite and knowledgeable about the products.
