The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his job. He pointed out several errors a different company made about five years ago. Quick response and great service! Tried contacting another garage door company over a month ago, and never heard from them again. Contacted Precision door and explained the situation with my mom having surgery and her sister coming to stay with her to help, and how I tried to have old worn out doors repaired prior to the known event.
