Dustin contacted me promptly and came out to solve my garage door problems. He explained several problems with the garage opener mechanics. He then provided 4 different options to fix the problem. He was kind and trustworthy. I would recommend his services to anyone needing garage door assistance. Thank you, PRECISION.

Tech was great and very fast. However, when called for an appointment and quote due to a broken singular spring I told the woman on the phone i only had one spring and was told told springs vary from $120-198 per spring. She did not inform me they would not warranty less than two springs on the install. I was informed of that when the tech showed up and the two spring job cost me double. $506. The woman on the phone should have let me know that policy instead of putting the tech in a bad position explaining why the job was gonna be twice as much. I would have given the tech 5 stars.

Quick shout out to Precision Garage and technician Dustin (Also James on a previous job for a family member). After returning home late on a Friday evening and finding that my garage would not open more than a few inches, I called Precision Garage the following morning only because it was the first option that showed up on the Google search. Let me tell you, I am glad it was the first option and it deserves that spot. After a brief phone call with a very nice call taker, she told me they would have a technician out between 1030am and 1230pm. Dustin called me 15 minutes later letting me know he was on the way and he made it here prior to the scheduled time. Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable and after a brief troubleshooting and inspection of my entire door assembly, he advised what the problem was, what other issues he found and then gave me 3 different options to get the original option fixed or also fix the other issues. I never felt pressured and he was willing and able to explain each repair. After choosing the option to pretty much replace everything but the door, Dustin knocked it out in no time. I want to also mention James on here because during this process, my mother in law mentioned how she had also used Precision Garage in the past and James came out and he was also very helpful in getting her garage working again. I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage every time I here anyone asking about garage repair. Thanks again Dustin.

I found your company on internet. My experience with Justin was a positive one — he was professional, cordial, and appeared very thorough. I was surprised at the pricing and the time required to accomplish replacement of the door. At this time, I have chosen to go another direction although I appreciate Justin’s and the friendliness of his visit.

Our garage door lock would not operate properly. We recently purchased this home and are now remodeling and using the garage for storage. Dustin Doyle., Precision's technician, worked out the problems on the old mechanism enabling us to lock the door and suggested a new device to be ordered. We authorized the order and anticipate arranging an appointment in the near future to have him install the system. We are very pleased with the high quality service and courtesy shown by Dustin.

Great and prompt service as always. Repairs were needed to the door's "electric eye" detection system, as well as reprogamming for the opener due to recent storms and the subsequent electrical outages. We appreciate the help, and won't hesitate in contacting you for any future servicing needs.
