Great experience dealing with Precision garage doors installed new. The tech that arrived, DUSTIN, was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn’t waste time and got the new openers installed quickly and correctly as well as programming the new devices to my autos. All told, a, very positive experience and the company is fortunate to have a dedicated employee like Dustin.

We are very pleased with Precision all around! Scheduling was fast and easy! I called at 4pm and they could be out the very next morning. Dustin was our technician and we were so impressed with him! He was extremely courteous and paid attention to the little details! He made it our home before I did and when I got there, he didn’t rush me as I got my 2 little kids out of the car and settled in the house before coming to the door! That little detail meant a lot to me and was very helpful to get the kids settled before getting to work. He gave me multiple different options of repair from the basic work that needed to be done to some extra work that would help it run best. I appreciated all the options and transparency. Dustin worked quickly, but did an amazing job! We were really relieved that we could have our garage door up and running by the time he left! This is not the first company we have worked with for our garage door needs, but it has by far been the best! Thank you Dustin and the precision team for your professionalism and expertise! We would absolutely request Dustin again!

Reviews looked good and it seemed like you would be able to come out and assess our situation quickly as garage door was stuck half way down. Dustin Doyle came out and helped us decide what we needed to do to replace our garage door set up which is probably 40 years old. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. He took the time at the end of his day to sit down with us and help us decide what type of door, motor, etc. He got the old garage door, broken in many places, to the closed position so that safety and security could be maintained while we wait for the new installation. You are fortunate to have him on your team! We are looking forward to our new garage door in a couple of weeks we hope.

Contacted Precision Garage Door by phone based on our son-in-law’s satisfaction with his repair. They were able to schedule our repair the next day and gave us an estimated time. The technician, Dustin Doyle, contacted us and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He prepared an estimate to repair the garage door and explained everything. We decided on a course of action and Dustin went to work and quickly and professionally did his magic. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Dustin for affordable and well done repairs!’

The spring broke on my garage door and the earliest anyone would come out was next week. My husband said call Precision Garage Door. So I looked it up and found out that they would come when you need them and I booked an appointment online for a Saturday and Their service guy Dustin showed up and did an awesome job. He looked at everything and told me what needed to be done and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before he proceeded with the work. Afterwards he showed me everything that was done and showed me the best way to take care of the mechanisms so that they last longer. Thank you Dustin for the excellent service.

Excellent service! The technician came on time and explained the issues to me very well. Unfortunately, when I first called the company, the lady who took my call was not helpful at all. Otherwise, the service man did an excellent job. Thank you.

I had been listening to your advertisement on radio and tv. I called Precision and Dustin Doyle arrived. He did a complete and thorough inspection of my garage door opener and made recommendations. Once I chose my option, he began to professionally fix my problem. He was quiet and professional the entire time. Once he was completed with the work, he briefed us on the working of everything. Dustin is very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I had gotten used to the loud noise of my old garage opener, opening and closing. This new one is so quiet and smooth working, I am impressed that I stood in my garage and opened and closed it a couple of times and smoothness and quietness was amazingly. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking for your type of service.

Dustin was very professional and informative. He took the time to explain every option available for our needs/cost for the project. At the end of the work, he wakes us through the functions of the unit and took extra time to go over any/all questions we had. I would totally recommend this company to anyone!

Technician Dustin did a great job explaining what we needed and did efficient quality work. Be aware that the phone number calls a regional calling center rather than the local office, and because of this we were underquoted fairly significantly. Besides the sticker shock upon their arrival, we would use Precision again.
