Let me start off by stating that Dustin Doyle was my service technician. Dustin is an extremely professional individual. He assessed my garage reported issues, followed up by explaining what steps he would take to resolve those issues. He then made several additional recommendation that I may require should this issue start occurring again. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and explaining what caused my garage doors to become unbalanced and noisy. Awesome job Dustin. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone needing their garage doors services or upgraded. I will continue using them again in the near future. Thanks again

Quick response and great service! Tried contacting another garage door company over a month ago, and never heard from them again. Contacted Precision door and explained the situation with my mom having surgery and her sister coming to stay with her to help, and how I tried to have old worn out doors repaired prior to the known event. Precision doors sent Dustin out the same day and he was great at assessing the situation, seeing what was needed and making a recommendation on what “he” would do if it was him in the same situation. No nonsense, no running around company that does what they say - provides great service and customer support!! I highly recommend them and look forward to getting new doors from them!!

We couldn't be happier with our new garage doors. The old house had the old style doors and it was definitely due an upgrade. Dustin was extremely helpful, friendly and reliable. Installation went off without a hitch. I would suggest that if you have an older house, have someone make sure the openings are square. My husband did this the week before the doors came in and that helped things go smoother. Apparently that was an issue with the openings at this house, since things had shifted over the last 50 + years. All that said, I would never use anyone else for garage doors. They have a high rating for a reason people, trust us. ;-)

My garage door system was very old (2007) and I was due for a new one. Dustin listed out all of my options very clearly and made recommendations. I always appreciate when a company's focus is creating a solution and not selling me something. Dustin gave me a pros and cons list of replacing some things now vs waiting, but he created the necessary trust that I went with his recommendation. Dustin Doyle responded on our request for service. He arrived on time, assessed the problems with the opener and immediately had suggestions on how to rectify the problem. His suggestions included the installation of a new opener, springs and rollers, all of which were completed in about an hour and a half. The end result gave us a new, very quiet and efficient garage door installation, and one that is far superior to the previous opener.
