Dustin Doyle responded on our request for service. He arrived on time, assessed the problems with the opener and immediately had suggestions on how to rectify the problem. His suggestions included the installation of a new opener, springs and rollers, all of which were completed in about an hour and a half. The end result gave us a new, very quiet and efficient garage door installation, and one that is far superior to the previous opener. Many thanks go out to Dustin and his efficient and timely handling of the installation.

Called a few places trying to get someone out same day and was so happy when James Ward showed up! I received a short bio & phone call prior to his arrival, which was so nice. He was super friendly & knowledgable & although we had to replace the opener, the new one has all the latest perks & technology & is super quiet!! James worked quickly and did a great job installing the new opener. After, he made sure we knew how it worked & showed us all the new features, including setting up our new camera & keypad. He even sat in our cars with us to reprogram our car opener buttons! He went above and beyond what was expected & we really appreciated that! If I need any further garage repair or service, Precision is definitely who I’ll call & I’ll be asking for James!

This was our first time using Precision. Our old company was unable to come today, and we called another company. The technician from the second company did not seem to want to do the work on replacing the old type of "dangerous" smaller springs, and he actually told me about Precision! Your technician, James Ward, then came and presented a different approach to completely replace the door, etc. and why that was better in the long run. James was very professional in his company uniform, appearance, clean truck, and information he gave me and my wife. James explained fully in detail the issues we were having with our main garage door, as well as, with our detached garage door. He patiently took the time to answer all of our questions, as the garage door problems just became evident today. His friendly personality was also a plus, and he made us feel comfortable in making an unexpected large purchase on the spot today for a complete new detached garage door. Also, he called in to the office to check on availability, etc. and to make it happen for installation the next day. James explained the problems both of our garage doors had and why further issues would likely happen relatively soon. We were impressed and decided to be placed on your annual check up for both of our garage doors. We will likely be buying a new main garage door in the near future if possible. James gave us all the information on a new main garage door too. My wife and I would like to request that James Ward be assigned to our account for all future service. Saturday morning our garage door started rumbling and would stop not even half way down. I booked online thinking I’d hear from them Monday but so happy John could come that same day. He wasn’t able to do the work then but scheduled for Monday. They showed up in time frame that stated & within 1.5 hour had installed a new opener and more sturdy parts for the double door. It runs so smooth and it has all the latest bells/whistles—my daughter already programmed her iPhone to control. I wasn’t planning on spending but this is an investment in the confidence I have now. My opener broke (motor broke a sproket off), I chatted with Precision Door and they sent out a technicianwirthin 1 1/2 hours. Mr Paul Lightell called me and gave me his ETA and i told him the problem. He gave me 3 actions he could do to fix the problem, all very resonably priced. He said it would take about 2 hours to replace the motor, rail, all the sensors and add another spring. Paul was done before the 2 hours and it was amazing all he did. Thanks Precision Door I will definately recommend you to anyone that needs a garage door fixed.

I don’t typically write reviews but I was blow away by the service I got from Precision. To start, John contacted me ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would be arriving, and even asked if there were any snacks and drinks that he could bring me from the connivence store. Never have I ever encountered a service technician offer to bring me something. I also received a text message with a small profile of John, how long he had been with the company, things like that which helped me know a little bit more about the person who was going to be assisting me with my issue. When John arrived he was very friendly, offered several options, talked me thought everything he could do, and was just so friendly. After deciding on what needed to be done he completed the job quickly, helped walk me thought what he did, and even provided me his number to call if I had questions or needed additional work. He even left me with a can of lubricant so I could occasionally spray down the rails and henges to make sure everything continued working. Overall I am very impressed with my experience with Precision and specifically John. If I ever have another issue with my garage door or need to upgrade I will definitely be calling Precision and specifically asking for John.

The Technician was amazing. Kind, friendly and professional. I was given several quotes before hand and the technician explained in detail each option. Quotes ALWAYS come back with that extra cost for unseen issues. Well not in this case, he actually took the time to repair a few of my existing parts and the price turned out to be lower than the original quote. Thank you for the great service. Just had my Garage Door serviced by Mr. James and I am ABSOLUTELY 100% satisfied with all aspects of this project. I scheduled last night about 2330hrs right online. Appointment was for 10-12 the very next morning. Get this James contacted me at 0900 asking if he could come earlier! That never happens nowadays. So automatic +1. Then I get a text message from the Company telling me the James is on his way and they provide a quick summary of who James is. Where he’s from, how long he has be working there and his favorite football team. Immediately made me feel like I knew James before he came to the door. James came in, I took him to the Garage. He states “ please give me 15mins to do a quick safety inspection and I will provide you with 3ea quotes. Right on time 15mins later James asks for us to review what he put together. 3 quotes 1) basic needs to bring my Garage door back to serviceable, 2) basic needs PLUS other items he notices that are safe at this time to operate but recommend replacing 3) Was everything plus upgrades to my current system to make it operate better and smoother. As he explained each quote, he was showing me each item and how it was to operate. I absolutely felt confident in the decision I made after his brief. After the formalities of payment. James was a machine! As he was removing and replacing my Garage Door system , he handled the equipment with care and keep the work area clean at all time. Another +1. Mr. James once completed with the install walked me through how to program and operate the outside keypad, both remotes and also helped me program and set up the wifi connection. You will not find customer service at this level anywhere else I promise you. Im extremely happy with my purchase and that James was my installer. I never thought I would be excited about a new Garage Door system but I am. Upon departing James gave me his card and asked me to please contact anytime should I have an issue. James thank you for your professionalism and hard work today! 6Stars if I could.

We were exceptionally happy with your service. From your receptionist to your tech, everyone was was very professional and knowledgeable. Your receptionist was respectful and helped when I was panicking and your tech explained everything that happened. He showed us the broken spring, what we can do and gave us choices to repair the springs. He also explained what can be done to keep our doors working better. We will be discussing these fixes in the future but today we were a little rushed. We were very happy.

Precision Garage Door of Waco surpassed my expectations when I called Friday and asked for assistance with a broken spring. Is Labor Day weekend and I was informed a Technician can come to my house tomorrow Saturday between 8 and 10 am. James Ward the Technician from Precision Garage called me to let me know he was on his way to my house that he expected to be at 8:00am. He was courteous and professional he gave me his Business card and he entered the garage and saw the broken spring. James explained to me that he was going to do an inspection and give me a quote for the work. James gave me the quote with different prices depending on what I wanted to do and his recommendation. After we agreed on the work I selected he started working immediately. While James was working with the Garage I got a call from another company that I called and left a message and I told them never mind I already have someone working on it. James answered all my questions and concerns. When James finished verifying, tightening, adjusting and lubricating everything he made sure that the Garage Door was working perfectly before he left. He showed me the invoice and I paid him. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco for any one with garage door problems.

Paul was very professional and explained what was needed to correct the multiple problems we had with the roll up on the attached garage. While he was here we also had him go through the rollup on the detached shop, this also needed some work, but not near as much as the main roll up. After the walk through he worked up 3 different levels of repair and maintenance plans. Once we determined our level of repairs he went about his business. We picked Precision because of reviews online and the fact that we could schedule work on short notice. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them.
