This is the second time I have used Precision. The first time was when I was selling my last house. Dustin came in and not only did he do a fantastic job he was very expedient. Before I could write the check he had installed the whole garage door opener. This time Dustin came back and retrofitted a torsion bar in my current new "old house". Once again he was prompt and replaced the torsion quickly and masterfully. All while being very polite and respectful. I'll be calling them back when I get ready upgrade my two garage doors.

My spring broke. The technician explained my options and the advantages of each one. I felt really good about the technician so I had him total rebuild the garage door mechanism along with putting in a new garage door opener. I had seen the technician on the tv advertisement being the 5 star guy and believe me after he was finished with the job there was no doubt he was the 5 star guy.

I had read previous customer reviews of Precision and that is what sold me on Precision. Paul Lightell was my technician. Could have not have asked for better service person. He was punctual, kept me informed and solve my problem. Although it cost more than I anticipated it was money well spent. I have old heavy garage door (probable 25 to 30 years old) and he got it working with few bumps and bangs. I appreciate his help. I recommended him to my son in law and daughter and I believe they will use his services. Thanks again for helping me get my garage door tuned up.

I found Precision Garage Door Service just looking through providers due to damage done to my garage door. I set an appointment for the following day and overall Paul Lightell was an amazing technician. He notified me before his arrival and arrived upon the promised time. He was professional at all times and was upfront and honest about everything from pricing to what couldn’t be repaired. I ended up purchasing a new garage door from Precision Garage Door and plan to make them my only servicer for my garage door going forward. Your company far exceeded my expectations. I had a broken garage door and scheduled online based on the positive reviews. I only scheduled to have the door fixed, but asked the tech when he arrived if he was able to install an opener. I fully expected him to have to return because the install wasn’t scheduled ahead of time. He completed all of the work same day. I appreciate his willingness to take care of my job completely. He was kind, courteous and genuinely cared about his work. He even made some modifications to prevent the door from breaking again. I had been waiting for the opener install with the company who installed the door. I scheduled and they no showed multiple times. Thanks for taking care of everything so quickly.
