James Ward was wonderful! He called me when he was on the way saying he had to stop at the store and get gas and asked if I needed anything while he was there. He explained our options and how to work the door after it was done. He was very respectful and nice.

I chose Precision because they were open on the weekend when most local companies are closed. James was fantastic! Firstly, he arrived 2 hours early.
