I found Precision Garage Door Service just looking through providers due to damage done to my garage door. I set an appointment for the following day and overall Paul Lightell was an amazing technician. He notified me before his arrival and arrived upon the promised time. He was professional at all times and was upfront and honest about everything from pricing to what couldn’t be repaired. I ended up purchasing a new garage door from Precision Garage Door and plan to make them my only servicer for my garage door going forward. Will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to any friends, coworkers, family, etc that need garage door services.

We had issues with our garage door because of the left spring missing . The door failed to raise up completely. Fortunately we met John Gallerano and his wife at the Extraco Home and Garden Show. I took his card and when this issue happened I called his office. He was out the next day and he would explain all my options. I explained to him that I wanted the door fixed properly. He also noted that the motor was too small. He explained in detail what my options were. I had him replace the motor ,rollers, springs and the pads. John Gallerano exceeded all my expectations in explaining and workmanship. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and John Gallerano to all my friends and neighbors. The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his job. He pointed out several errors a different company made about five years ago. Tech James Ward came out to replace a garage door bottom seal for us and did a Door Rebuild replacing all the springs, bearings, cables and rollers. James was very efficient and knowledgeable. If you need any work done on your door call James and he'll take good care of you.

I received the best service! My technician, James, was the nicest person. He thoroughly inspected my door and gave me choices to fix. James Ward was very knowledgeable and helpful. He broke down each plan and service and was not pushy to purchase a plan. Technician was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable in fixing my garage door. He made numerous phone calls back to his office to ask questions. Then he had to get advice from another guy on the phone. I’m not very confident he could complete the job. However, quote was reasonable but decided to go with another company.
