Paul Lightell is a native Texan and a man of faith. Originally from San Antonio, he and his wife Ronda have made Waco their home. He has a grown daughter, son and daughter in law living in San Antonio and enjoys spending time with his family and friends when he visits. Paul has an extensive background in residential renovation and remodeling with more than 20 years in the industry. He takes great pride in his work and is passionate about all that he does. Some things he enjoys doing outside of work include anything golf related, listening to music, traveling and trying new restaurants.

I found your company by searching for Liftmaster garage door opener repairs. It worked well until i had my metal garage sprayed with insulation. Your technitian said he doesn't repair commercial doors which I wasn't aware that it was. Although he was able to fix my problem by readjusting the door sensor at the bottom of the door which was probably moved when my garage was insulated. And I also appreciate the discount for being a wife of a first responder. My husband was a fire fighter.

My opener broke (motor broke a sproket off), I chatted with Precision Door and they sent out a technicianwirthin 1 1/2 hours. Mr Paul Lightell called me and gave me his ETA and i told him the problem. He gave me 3 actions he could do to fix the problem, all very resonably priced. He said it would take about 2 hours to replace the motor, rail, all the sensors and add another spring. Paul was done before the 2 hours and it was amazing all he did. Thanks Precision Door I will definately recommend you to anyone that needs a garage door fixed.

The Technician was amazing. Kind, friendly and professional. I was given several quotes before hand and the technician explained in detail each option. Quotes ALWAYS come back with that extra cost for unseen issues. Well not in this case, he actually took the time to repair a few of my existing parts and the price turned out to be lower than the original quote. Thank you for the great service. Paul was very professional and explained what was needed to correct the multiple problems we had with the roll up on the attached garage. While he was here we also had him go through the rollup on the detached shop, this also needed some work, but not near as much as the main roll up. After the walk through he worked up 3 different levels of repair and maintenance plans. Once we determined our level of repairs he went about his business. We picked Precision because of reviews online and the fact that we could schedule work on short notice. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them.

My husband and I saw an advertisement on TV. We called Overhead Garage Doors, but they weren't answering their phones, so I left a voice mail. Then I called Precision Garage Doors, made an appointment and in two hours the guy was calling me to tell me he was on his way. Paul arrived and did such a great job explaining to me what was wrong with our garage door. We approved him doing the repairs the same day! Hooray! He was a great guy, didn’t at all feel like we were being taken advantage of and our door is now so quiet and smooth. Thank you Precision and Paul for taking such good care of us and so quickly! Btw, we still haven’t heard back from Your competitor.
