My garage door has been acting up for quite some time now. I tried calling the company that installed the garage opener but they kept giving me one excuse after the other for why they couldn't come out. I finally went to the internet and looked for companies that installed and repaired garage door openers and saw Precision. After placing the phone call, I selected this company to call and make an appointment. Just when I thought there was little or no customer service left anymore in the business world, Precision changed my mind. They are one of the few companies I've dealt with that know what customer service actually means! They came on the same day I called (yesterday), inspected my equipment and gave me three options and they will be out here today with the needed equipment to fix the problem. With business ethics like this and with the ability to make the customer feel like they really care, it makes it very easy for me to recommend this company to others.

Paul from precision was a highly qualified and professional for my repair. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and energetic. I booked online at 9:40 pm on a Friday and scheduled an 8:00 am repair for the next day. He had broken springs and worn out bearing replaced in a timely manner. Paul arrived on time as promised and on a Sunday as well!!!!! No extra charge for Sunday! He assessed the problem and gave me three separate estimates depending on how extensive I wanted to further update my garage doors after he repaired my broken spring. After I chose the level of updates he set to work and finished in less than an hour. He then explained what he did, had me sign the obligatory paper work, received his check and was off to his next call. I am totally impressed with the service I received from Precision today! They are my go to garage repairmen in the future. I have no reservations recommending them!!!

Called Precision after my garage door spring broke on December 23rd. I was given an appointment within 4 hours of my call. Paul the technician arrived did a full inspection of door and gave very fair estimate. He had all of the required parts and tools to complete the repairs. It was all completed with a tuneup of door in 90 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone wanting fast an high quality work done.
