He showed up and went right to work in performing an inspection and maintenance of our garage door & opener. The good news is that he accomplished our primary expectations as to the functionality and noise reduction of the door. My garage door system was very old (2007) and I was due for a new one. Dustin listed out all of my options very clearly and made recommendations. I always appreciate when a company's focus is creating a solution and not selling me something. Dustin gave me a pros and cons list of replacing some things now vs waiting, but he created the necessary trust that I went with his recommendation. I will never use anyone else but Precision now, although hopefully I do not need to call them for a very long time!

Dustin Doyle responded on our request for service. He arrived on time, assessed the problems with the opener and immediately had suggestions on how to rectify the problem. His suggestions included the installation of a new opener, springs and rollers, all of which were completed in about an hour and a half. The end result gave us a new, very quiet and efficient garage door installation, and one that is far superior to the previous opener. Many thanks go out to Dustin and his efficient and timely handling of the installation.

We couldn't be happier with our new garage doors. The old house had the old style doors and it was definitely due an upgrade. Dustin was extremely helpful, friendly and reliable. Installation went off without a hitch. I would suggest that if you have an older house, have someone make sure the openings are square. My husband did this the week before the doors came in and that helped things go smoother. Apparently that was an issue with the openings at this house, since things had shifted over the last 50 + years. All that said, I would never use anyone else for garage doors. They have a high rating for a reason people, trust us. ;-)
