Paul was very professional and explained what was needed to correct the multiple problems we had with the roll up on the attached garage. While he was here we also had him go through the rollup on the detached shop, this also needed some work, but not near as much as the main roll up. After the walk through he worked up 3 different levels of repair and maintenance plans. Once we determined our level of repairs he went about his business. We picked Precision because of reviews online and the fact that we could schedule work on short notice. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them.

My wife gave me the information that James had given her about the repair and maintenance of the Overhead Garage Door and its mechanisms. James, also, explained in detail the preventive maintenance of the fixed garage door and further life of it for the future. From the looks of it and the operations of the door, in my opinion, it was done professionally and it sounds great like an well-oiled mechanism. Thank you so much for James' work and quality.
