On Wednesday, 8 may, one of the Torsion Springs on my garage door snapped. At about 5:30 PM I contacted Precision Garage Door of Waco to request a repair. I was offered an 8 – 10 AM slot on 9 May. At about 7:40 this morning I received a call from Paul who said he would be at my house at 8 o’clock. He arrived a few minutes early. Paul was very personable and professional. He inspected the door and the associated hardware. He provided three different estimates from me to choose from. I did select the middle price option. The repair was completed before 10 AM. I am totally satisfied with the completed work and recommend this company, and Paul, to anyone needing a garage door repair.

I had read previous customer reviews of Precision and that is what sold me on Precision. Paul Lightell was my technician. Could have not have asked for better service person. He was punctual, kept me informed and solve my problem. Although it cost more than I anticipated it was money well spent. I have old heavy garage door (probable 25 to 30 years old) and he got it working with few bumps and bangs. I appreciate his help. I really wish I'd had them install the garage door opener from the jump. They'd have done a far better job and I never would have gone through all the issues I've experienced since it was initially installed. The gentleman they sent out was very easy to deal with, never pushed me to do more than the sensor repairs that I needed, but did make recommendations for future considerations. I will definitely use them for all my garage door repairs in the future.

My garage door has been acting up for quite some time now. I tried calling the company that installed the garage opener but they kept giving me one excuse after the other for why they couldn't come out. I finally went to the internet and looked for companies that installed and repaired garage door openers and saw Precision.
