John came out for the initial visit to inspect our system and walk us through what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly without rushing us. He even gave us tips about our garage system and security that we hadn’t thought about. There was zero pressure, just honest and straightforward information. In our case, we ended up replacing essentially everything except the actual garage door itself. The opener system, components, and hardware were all updated. The spring broke on my garage door and the earliest anyone would come out was next week. My husband said call Precision Garage Door. So I looked it up and found out that they would come when you need them and I booked an appointment online for a Saturday and Their service guy Dustin showed up and did an awesome job. He looked at everything and told me what needed to be done and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before he proceeded with the work. Afterwards he showed me everything that was done and showed me the best way to take care of the mechanisms so that they last longer. Thank you Dustin for the excellent service.
