My garage spring was broken that's why I called Precision Garage Door. James did a pretty good job explaining to me what he's going to do and other options to offer. I ended up replacing the other spring for the other door. He came back twice for minor adjustments but overall I am satisfied with the job performed.

I had been listening to your advertisement on radio and tv. I called Precision and Dustin Doyle arrived. He did a complete and thorough inspection of my garage door opener and made recommendations. Once I chose my option, he began to professionally fix my problem. He was quiet and professional the entire time. Once he was completed with the work, he briefed us on the working of everything. Dustin is very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I had gotten used to the loud noise of my old garage opener, opening and closing. This new one is so quiet and smooth working, I am impressed that I stood in my garage and opened and closed it a couple of times and smoothness and quietness was amazingly. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking for your type of service.

I don't leave reviews very often, but in this case it is very much deserved. I had a very noisy garage door and it was time to replace my garage door opener. James Ward was my technician and I explained my issues and what I wanted done and explained everything in detail. Once everything was done I was skeptical how much of a difference the service would make. The system/door is 100% quieter. He even went over how to properly lubricate the moving parts to maintain the system. Would 100% recommend them for any garage door needs. They need to change the commercial that James is in to the 6 star review man, guy definitely takes pride in his work and it shows, give this guy a raise!

We chose Precision mainly because they were the only company we called who was willing to come out on a Sunday (we discovered that our garage door wouldn’t operate late on a Saturday evening).
