The spring broke on my garage door and the earliest anyone would come out was next week. My husband said call Precision Garage Door. So I looked it up and found out that they would come when you need them and I booked an appointment online for a Saturday and Their service guy Dustin showed up and did an awesome job. He looked at everything and told me what needed to be done and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before he proceeded with the work. Afterwards he showed me everything that was done and showed me the best way to take care of the mechanisms so that they last longer. Thank you Dustin for the excellent service.

Once I chose my option, he began to professionally fix my problem. He was quiet and professional the entire time. Once he was completed with the work, he briefed us on the working of everything. Dustin is very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I had gotten used to the loud noise of my old garage opener, opening and closing. This new one is so quiet and smooth working, I am impressed that I stood in my garage and opened and closed it a couple of times and smoothness and quietness was amazingly.
